Nope, much, much newer. Both in the time the movie was made and the age it recreates. (Made after 2000)

It's a rom-com with a gay theme, abut two very opposite guys who eventually fall in love. This was the first feature-length movie by the director, and every feature he's done is gay-themed. Joseph Gordon-Levitt auditioned for the lead role in it.

Well, that's that then, I'll have to sit this one out as well. I don't watch conventional romantic comedies at the best of times so it's highly unlikely I'd have seen this. Rom coms and paint by numbers Steven Seagal/chuck norris/wwf wresteler etc. flicks bore me to hell and back. Sorry. Hope someone gets it quick, kinda like this game.

I'm giving it until tomorrow.

Okay, although JG-L auditioned for the lead role, he's still in the movie as an elder.

That's it!

It's a rom-com about a gay party animal who falls in love with a mormon missionary.
Wohoo! :D

How 'bout this then?

Hope it won't be too easy.

He's not carrying the miniature Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch, is he? :p

seeing as it's Charlize Theron and looks like 90s movie, I'm going to say "2 Days in the Valley"

There was only a pool of 3 or so movies. Still, it's great that it wasn't a widely known movie.

Speaking of easy:

I don't watch enough movies and/or am not old enough to have seen 90% of the movies posted in here or I would participate more. :indiff:

Sorry guys, I didn't mean to have a go. Would one of you mind taking the next go, something recent perhaps. The more of us in this thread the merrier. Cheers.

If I pop in and don't have a clue about the movie, I'll usually just pop out until someone posts a clue... I guess it happens like that with many of us.

I'm usually really good about remembering movies I have seen, so if I see the photo and don't recognize it I just wait for the next one. Most of the movies lately have been much older than anything I've seen. I'd say the majority of older movies I have seen are from the 80's. :p
