Oh german text in the wall, so i guess its a german movie.
It looks pretty old, maybe shot between the 1920´s and 1940´s

The text on the wall says: "Since monday the 11th June are missed:"

But i have no idea so far.....

Nope.

Ouch... I forgot about how many German speakers there are on this site. It makes sense for the film's storyline that the poster is a clue. :dunce:

No more clues from me then. ;)

Invasion of the body snatchers?

Nope. Probably this film maker's best film, but not his most famous.

It's Fritz Lang's best movie, though his most famous one is Metropolis

Correct. 👍 Bought it on DVD a few years back purely on it's reviews and wasn't disappointed. Surprising subject matter for a film made in the early 30's.

Keeping up with the B&W theme, here's a simple one:

Coolio. :D This frame has just about everything you could want from a film...

The Sword and the Sorcerer?

Shem with a Hangover?

Shem with a Hangover?

How I wish that were the answer. Perhaps I'll post it in the 'Don't Drink' thread. 💡

The Sword and the Sorcerer?

However, this is the correct answer. 👍

I know we've had it recently but, Last Temptation of Christ?

Close but no.

That looks a lot like Monica Bellucci on the left, so i'll take a guess with The Passion of the Christ?

That'd be the one! 👍

I watched that just a few days ago. Damn.

Should be easy enough:

Attack of the Killer Squits? :dopey:
