I think Rui has got this one. It looks like a very weird film. I thought it looked like a Terry Gilliam film but obviously isn't.

I recognized Dominique Pinon from Delicatessen - another weird movie (haven't seen this one).

La Cité des Enfants Perdus aka The City of Lost Children

Yep, you got it. My next clue was going to be that it's a movie Terry Gilliam would like. I remember the first time I saw it I thought Gilliam was venturing into French cinema.

The American actor in it is Ron Perlman. And TB got the words The and Children... roughly 50% right :D

In any case, if you haven't seen it, I'd recommend you do 👍

That's a Jim Jarmusch film?! I must watch!

You definitely have to! I strongly advice you to watch Blood Simple, too; it's one of the Cohen brothers best pictures IMO.

EDIT - Gonna post another very easy one just to keep things going (P's T, don't guess it if you don't want to post another pic ;)):

Really? I would've said Fargo is one of the best... while The Big Lebowski is the best of all.

Speaking of which, that's The Big Lebowski

If anyone doesn't mind, can I post this?

Sorry for rushing the pic, but my mum just had a car accident and I have to leave right now.

I didn't say Blood Simple was their best film; it's a pretty raw movie and it's totaly deprived of the humour of most of their following films but when it came out in the mid 80's I just had never seen anything like it... and I don't think I have a favorite Cohen brothers film; I like them all and there are 5 or 6 I like A LOT!

Is this one Kiss of the Spider Woman?

Edit: just saw your edit; hope it's nothing serious, man!

Thanks for that. It wasn't serious, just a fender bender against a motorcyclist who drove the wrong way, but my mum was a bit nervous and I had to drive there with my stepfather so he could drive my mum's car back.

You just said it was one of their best... IMO it's not so. That is all :)

and it's not Kiss of the Spider Woman

Nothing comes to mind :( Freaky picture though... I wouldnt even know where to start looking for this one...

*hangs back and waits for clues*

The movie is horror/sci-fi of a slightly disturbing nature, though it doesn't deal with space.
