It wasnt Hey Joe or Foxy Lady it was a cover he did, something about a watertower or down by the river, i really cannot remember.

"Hey Joe" is a cover, too. FWIW Hendrix looked up to Dylan hugely. Jimi didn't think he could sing, and he figured if Dylan could get away with it, so could he...
