How do you get 0.7 miles without driving

Does anyone know how do you get 0.7 miles without driving?
Can taking a photo do this?
Sent 0.0 miles, 0 switches car to someone. He said car had 0.7 miles when he received it.

Any input appreciated

Maybe it is just a glitch with the new update. I wouldn't worry about it too much, as long as all the other stats are the same your friend still knows it's a mint car. Just call it 'factory miles'!

I don't get this "MUST BE 0 MILES" deal... I don't give a damn if my cars got 0.2 miles or 150 000 miles....

I like to drive each car to see what can be improved on them... Mostly why I bought the game in the first place...
Not to let them collect dust in the garage....

I get that sort of things with real cars, but with virtual cars that are just 1's and 0's? Get driving them!

It's all the collectors thinking they're unique because they have a 0 mile collection

What is the difference? I dont get how it matters at all, its a game!!! I guess people care about this because they cant afford a car (let alone a collectible one) in real life and they think this will fill that void. I dont know, ridiculous if you ask me.

A car with 90,000 miles is going to need body restored and all that where as a car with 0.0 miles wont need restored. Although havin said that i agree who cares what miles it has.Also people that say 2 cars for my rare car wdf a cars a car espically with all the duping there is no rare cars.

Indeed, also a car with over 200 miles and these restorations will be much faster than it was at 0 miles. 👍
