I did my fair share of high rpm drops, but not since I had my clutch replaced for the second time.:lol: I haven't driven the car even remotely hard since.:(

Oh, and a burnout in a mini-van? I bet that was a site to see.:D

it wasn't too long... i wish someone was with me to take pics or something!

Say, PR...is a 9k drop ever useful? Seems like it would be wheelspin city...or were you just beating the p*ss out of the car for no good reason?

After a lot of testing(street-racing:rolleyes: ), I found 6,500 or so RPM's to be the best range to launch at with minimum wheelspin, and no bogging down.

it was the first one we received... i thought we'd give it a good beat-up, since the boss was gonna drive it (he still does)... t'was fun while it lasted. :D

i must say i try to control myself now... if i break something, it's gonna cost me... but when i started, i was beating on almost everything.

FWD was different... i used to launch the ITR at 4000 or so... no wheelspin, right where the boost was getting up, so instantaneous power... unfortunately the car never held to see how fast it could go...

and Josh...exactly what do you do for work? Replacing clutches ain't cheap on a cheap car!

Well, I actually don't have job at the moment. I'm just living off Stepmom & Dad.

Me not having a job is also one of the reasons the car is being sold. My parents are tired of paying for insurance/gas on it.

It's probably going to be a ***** looking for a job in the middle of summer, seeing as how everyone has already hired their summer job people. We'll see though.

my brother's looking for a job too... he finishes high school this week (prom night next week, seems he won't get to drive the Integra after all...)

i think i'll ask my boss if he can work with us... then we'd make fun of his car at the track!

Did you buy the S2000 or did the folks?

As much as I hate to admit it, they did. I always had the intentions of paying them back, but I never got a job to do so.

it's even worse for me...

if someone steals my next car, he's fairly dumb... until he opens it up a bit... "bigger, bolder, better, faster, scarier!"

i want an 11sec. street driven wagon, damnit!

ecch...that sucks hardcore. That's the big downside of a Teg...particularly a Type R. Just remember that there's no honor among thieves and that they'll get what's coming to them. a.k.a., The Big Cosmic Smackdown. :D

Sounds like you got your turbo in, tho...

I hope you get your car back, but an 11sec street driven Turbo Wagon would be really cool too.:D

Well, you're a better man for admitting it...especially when you didn't have to. If it's any comfort I'm still living at home, too. :yuck: I'm looking for a place of my own, but on my wages...

Do you have a degree in anything?

What a catchy song... As for the funnyness.. Bleh it wasnt AYB related :p
