How to re-enable Saints Row The Third trophies???

I have used cheats in saints row 3 alot in single player and co-op but when I turn them off I carn't recive trophies but the game said when they are enabled trophies are disabled.

Start over without cheating? Delete your save? Or maybe you did not meet the requirements to receive the trophy?
