What do the kart events pay out? The American Championship event in Extreme Series has a 5 lap Indy race. Less than 4 minutes of easy work for 98,000 credits.

British Lightweights - London Circuit - 3 laps - 24 000 cr

I use a Tuscan Speed 6 and does laptimes around 50-55 sec. So, thats less than 3 minutes per race.👍

Sounds like one of the best methods mentioned in this thread so far. Defenitely keeping this in mind when I get to Extreme. 👍

Surely there has to be an event or championship that pays 6 figure sums of money?

Yeah, I think I may have received a bonus between 100k-150k at some point, but that amount can be grinded out in less than 10 minutes near the end of the game. What you really need are the 7-figure payouts at the very end considering there are plenty of cars over 4M credits, as well as between 10-20M credits. The first endurance race I did awarded me an insultingly low amount of money.... literally.

On the plus side it looks like completing all Extreme Series events will award you with one of the Ferrari F1 cars as they are the only level 24 cars in the game.

Hey, If you haven't started the special events, do so. Especially, the AMG event gave me a lot of credits on the different difficulties I did....

Yea the special event ones give a lot of money, I just can't pass them all. The go-kart ones haven't been too bad but I can't pass the Top Gear Samba and the second drafting in Nascar. I think that I might need to buy a wheel cus the DS3 sticks suck for precision.

The grand tour races in the special events, but watch out it can be alittle difficult to get gold but its worth it you get 30,000cr or more.

good luck ;)

I do the following:

Extreme --> European Championship --> Rome Circuit. Thats 5 Laps with laptimes about 70 seconds, so 6 minutes in total (with Ferrari Italia, Lamborghini Gallardo ...) and you'll get 83.000 credits and about 5000 experience.

I have a G27 and can't pass the Samba race. Nor can I gold any of the special events besides the kart/nascar ones. The rally challenges make me lose faith in myself every time I try to improve my times.

Even better:

Extreme --> American Championship --> Indianapolis. 4 Minutes, 98.000 credits, 4400 experience.

Crap dude that's quite a bit of cash there.

I'm almost to the extreme events.I got 1 more ranking to go up and then i'm there 👍

it's been 4 days and I'm level 16. If I do iB, iA, and S licenses I should be at 20.

So just do the license tests.

One thing that did occur to me, given that the special events only pay out once, is to create a second psn id and level up through the special events again, then send cars to your main id.

I'm not sure whether Sony regard this as unethical. I have the second game save already, as I'm trying to build up a list of used car rotations, but am trying to resist using it for easy money on my main.

You can actually do this - I've done it to replace a few of the prize cars I sold because I was having moment(s) of temporary stupidity - but it's tempered by the fact that you can only send 1 car per day.

from level 18 to 19, it requires around 42,000 experience points. The license tests don't give nearly enough alone ;(

It takes a bit of racing to get there.

Have any of you found a way to save your "Saved Game Data" off the PS3?

When I try to save it to a flash drive, it says unable to copy. Wat the?!?!?

So there's your money cheat guys.. Level up up to extreme/expert level and race with a tuned car that beats the competition. At 90-100k credits in about 5-6 mins.. that's pretty freakin' awesome. It'll take quite some time to get there though, which you may have already a few cars by then.

It can be done, no doubt. I beat the GT Championship and unlocked the Buggati Veyron with my tuned 09' GTR V SPEC.
