You're joking right? Karts are where most of the top drivers started out, and it's the purest form of motorsport. I know a lot of people who are into karting, and having karting in the game makes them want to buy it.

Yeah, I think the karts you're thinking of are for kiddies. These are proper racing karts we are talking about, and unless you can master handling them then you won't be as fast in a full size racing car.

I've raced proper karts before, not the fastest of them, but nevertheless proper karts, and without a doubt they are NOT for kids... Mastering a kart is not easy, but master one and you're on your way to being a good racing driver!

He still continued to race them when he was older though, and the Felipe Massa organises a karting race every year with lots of top drivers from F1 and other world class series.

You don't need to do anything special to win the kart races, you just need to keep it on track and drive steadily.

The Shifter Kart 125cc races are IMPOSSIBLE with a controller, especially Willow Springs.

I did it. It was really hard, but I did it.

It would be much better if Senna hadn't had a mechanical, he would have ended up with quite a comfortable margin over Prost!

It helps to overhaul the engine. Gives the 100's an extra 8 PP and extra 2 HP.

I haven't tried the 125's yet.

ds3 user here..I to and have a lot of problems whit shifter on the GT arena.. I'm driving constantly at 26:800 per lap but still can't manage to reach the first one.. so far best I manage was 0,600 sec. from the first.. what am I doing wrong? or how fast someone have to drive the course to finish first? 26:500 for lap is my best time so far

You do realise that if you keep it on the track and drive it steadily you will manage to drive it no problem

I loved the kart races. Use a wheel, adjust gearing. And float a TON of speed into the corners. After a lap or two it'll click, then it will be just like any other race.

Depends which driver haha! So far the best lap I've done is a 24.388 but I think a 24.1 is possible, and maybe 23.9 if you tune the gears better 👍
