GOOD 4 U, and how exactly is it ugly, its jsut a skyline with no head lights, and retarded huh, in what way, the Skylines a heavy car, a full CF treatment would make it lighter in a sense not to mention that this car is like the RE RX-7, they were meant to go as fast as friggin possible

My dad just told me about his engine... I almost shat my self... All he told me is: GT-300 3S-GTE. That's all I need to know. I don't know how he got it, or what he spent on it, but that's a fairly expensive engine. His car has to push at least 600ps with that motor. He didn't tell me how much power it makes, or anything. All he told me was GT-300 3S-GTE... I'm so damn jealous.

deity, your dad been holding out on you? lmao.

As for the Carbon Fiber hood... it doesnt really make a difference on the look of the car.. unless the car's color doenst match like navy blue and black... ecckkk..

Well any ways.. checking around for info on the 3sgte i came across this little info.. it sez that the engine is heavy for my car. I guess thats why my dad is saying he's gonna balance out the car by putting somekind of weight in the back(he sez cement:odd: ).. Is my dad insane? making my hopes high? or is he really really drunk? (6 Millers:cheers: ) tell me if this is at all impossible..

BTW srry for being such a noob:nervous: .. i just got into cars like a week ago :( . But damn i thought this thing was boring but now i see the light (* to the Light * ) but i guess we all gotta start somewhere

Deity how old are you?

Less and less people seem to be respondin.. wut the heck happened?

lol its night time... in the states and its the middle of hte day over thin japan... well actually know like dinner...

cement in the back sounds kinda outrageous man...
the tercel is ff... so moving the cm towards hte front is good as long as hte chassis can handle it...
a better solution would be to stiffen the front springs... or rather change the entire front end suspension to compensate for the added engine weight... this will only work if hte chassis itself is stiff enough to handle the extra weight and the loads during cornering... i dunno tho... the tercel was made to be light... i dont really know any specs on it...

hopefully tom will be able to help you out... dont put cement man...

Deity how old are you?

23...

A 3S-GTE in a car like that... don't find this too offensive, but it's a waste of time. A car like that doesn't have a chassis to maintain the power of the 3S-GTE. If you want a cheap car that looks great and will easily support the engine, if you like the 1980's, go with 1983+ Celica (my dad got me one, and I put a 7M-GTE in it and it's so awesome), or a MK3 Supra. They won't be much because you will be removing the engine. So look for one with a blown engine, or with 300,000+kms on it. Those cars look very sharp and a 3S-GTE is a lighter engine than the 5M-GE (Celica) and 7M-GE (Supra). So the weight distribution will be better. I'd go all into detail, but I'm tired and I think I need some sleep. Good night.

-Tom

You don't need to add anymore weight onto the Tercel because then the chasis can't handle it. Insane I say, and I suggest you not to do that. Don't even put the MR2 Turbo engine in it. Just add a turbo to the 5E-FE engine that comes stock and then just tune it. That sounds more reasonable than just doing a complete engine swap.

Cement should never be on the list of modding cars unless you need complete stiffness on certain parts of the car, but that's still overkill.

Lmao.. you know wut screw that damn tercel... Ill just use that as my transportation while i get another car fixed up...:banghead: it might even save me a heck of alot more money

yeah i saw a tercel that had a big ass spoiler... wanted to blow it up... y do that to a ff car... y further crappifiy it... y y y y y... actually the wanna jgtc cars here in america are pretty bad... like the preludes and civics that have the fatty spoilers.... ehhh

the mr2 is not a great car to get either... not the stiffest car toyota has ever made... i wouldnt mind one tho... supposedly the 89 celica is not a bad car to get for ff... i dunno tho man... if you do get a sw20... make sure that if you do any heavy engine mods that you tweak the suspension and stiffen that focker with a roll cage... that might help it a bit..

Yeah that's the Formula Atlantic... it's time for me to get a "special engine." My best friend saved up from the beginning, and my dad is just stupid because of his. If I sell my engine, I'll have about 1/4th saved up for something that I want. You know... the good stuff.

what do plan on gettin? a AE101 isnt too bad, i personally like the swap, but then again, u could always save up to 3/4 and then sell ur engine, or u could jsut keep the enigne and save up 4 a digital camera

You are amazing. Like a Japanese but with english and such. (I'm sure more people here are japanese and speak english, but for flattery some things just have to be said.) You should write about japanese street night life cars. It would cool to get a prespective. I don't have a car yet, AND I live in Kentucky where it's mostly hot rods and hondas. (Nothing wrong with hondas but they start with the letter 'h' and many a people rice them). blah

nevermind I'm getting lazy

Sorry about spelling mistakes.

Well, I can sell my engine for a lot of money. Once I start full time at TRD, I'm shooting for Mr. Group A. I know what I'll be getting myself involved in if I intend on purchasing that engine. The digital camera thing... my first priority is for my car. Besides, I'd only use the camera once, and eventually give it away.

By the way, how do you get it to say

Writing isn't one of my greatest skills. Besides, there are books like that already being sold... and movies. The movies are really good, but there's no English subtitles, so all you guys would do is look and say "Ohh, Ahh." Hot rods aren't that bad. They're fast, and that's OK in my book. But those "riced" up Hondas... Is that phase dying over there, or is it getting more popularity? Funny, how over here, the girls mostly do things like that to their cars, and all the guys are doing it to their Honda's over there... pitiful if you ask me.

That Subaru is nice...

Hey JDM-AE86, since you like "outlandish" engines, I've been working on building my dream engine in a 3D program called Rhinoceros. Hope you like it...

EDIT: Links don't work...

Note that this model is created by 3 people. My friend in Florida, my friend here, and myself. Me = engine... Friend in FL (Thomas) = body, wheels, tyres, and brakes... friend in JPN (Bill) = everything else.
