Nope. F1 car can't hit 400 km/h in principle due to aerodynamics. And Veyron needs around 11 km of straight line for 400 km/h, here it like 100 meters.

Also there is no tires in existence which could possibly hold this car inside the turn at such speed

The top speed isn't that crazy. This car has extremely low drag because all of its downforce is generated from fans. An F1 car has a terrible drag coefficient, it's like a brick wall.

But yeah, the tires wouldn't be able to handle the cornering, they'd just come apart.

It's called a concept car. It's not all that unrealistic. The only part that doesn't exist yet is the tires, but we'll probably get there soon enough.

It's not like it flies or runs on hoverjets or can travel in time.

I can't tell if this driver is fast or slow in the context of the challenge.
But kudos to the driver none the less, it was some phenomenal driving. I can imagine it takes hours of practice to get to that level of speed and control.

I can't believe to get gold on the Suzuka challenge 2 laps need to be done in under 2:10 when the F1 record for a lap is 1:31. This is going to be hard, hard work.

well the problem in fighter aircraft when looping is that the G forces pull down on you so they drain the blood from the brain.

in a car it would mostly be pulling forward backward and sideways so I don't think it would be as much of an issue

But.. you get a fancy G-Suit in a Fighter Jet which helps a ton.. even the best pilots still can't handle more then 10-15 seconds of sustained 9+ g's. Sideways G's would be different, but imagine turning that wheel with 9x the force.. I don't think thats possible.
