When I was going to college, in Utah, a girl from Kentucky moved into the apartment two floors up. Her dad bought her a car and she got a custom license plates. She was proud to be form Kentucky, so she got KY Girl on her plates! ... she had no idea what that meant. She didn't believe us at first when we were telling her what KY was. The next day the plates were removed.

I believe that a livery editor is ready for the game seeing this promotional image, but for some reason it was discarded as other things shown in several trailers, photos, etc...

I don't think is even an RM. The car has no cosmetic changes to internal and external parts as opposed to the others in the game

Oh yeah the "Mysterious Mini" I've been reading about. I would imagine that would be some sort Mini Challenge race car that for some reason was never put in. That car would have been so nice in my series. Hopefully they put it in. Or this livery editor.

One of the things I hate about livery editors, which prevents me from using it, is drivers who put pictures or other crap on their cars. It annoys me so much. Why can't everyone have a proper race car? A reason why I hate Forza.

Oh.. off-topic... I posted what I wanted a few pages back or something if this was to be implemented.
