What would it be? DO NOT list cars or tracks. But anything else I'm interested to hear.

For me? LIVERY EDITOR:sly:

Better damage. :dopey:

I'd like them to add damage function if it could be adoptable in the game... since they didn't add apparent feature of car damaging in spite of the announcement before the launch of GT5.

Better damage, nitros like gt4, a bigger turbo, make it possible to blow an engine by over reving to long, when you blow the engine the game would save it and to use the car you would be required to fix the engine at a cheaper price than engine rebuild. Same for the damage, pay to fix it. I know I might sound extreme but these are what I would like.

Would definitely make the whole experience REALISTIC and keep mature drivers in certain rooms. Would also make a race feel more realistic if car failures would happen.

Repairable wear and tear for a cost would be nice. I'm not one to dream, I am happy with what I have. But if...

To adjust your boost on turbos, tire pressure, & better damage. Lol. :p

+1 And a better adjustable center diff with a max of 0-100 instead of 10-90 and also a toggle to open and close the tops on convertibles

An actual tuning system:

Tire pyrometer
Adjustable tire pressures and sizes
Accurate suspension modeling (MacPherson strut, double wishbone, live axle, etc.)
Displayed suspension motion ratios
A better system for monitoring suspension travel
Shock dynos
Different LSD types (helical, clutch, viscous, open, etc.)
Realistic weight distribution, not numbers pulled out of a hat
A better gear ratio interface
And so on...

Breakdowns. It should be possible for a car to break down, and any part of the car failing on you.

A bank account with a 10% interest rate so I can afford fixing all the damage made to my cars with all the realistic failures and crashes.

Grid girls. Who wouldn't want this? :sly:

Definetly the ability to change wheel size (no more than 20") and tire pressure.

I'd also like the license tests to mean something again. I shouldn't be able to enter a GT500 race without an S-Class, etc...

A livery editor is at the top of my list.

This takes me back to the good ole' days with Ridge Racer 4 on PS1.

:)

I'd like to see a hugely overhauled track creator. Actually allow us to make the track. And allow us to swap scenery templates, themes, road surfaces, details and decorations along the sides. Also let us customize the terrain. To avoid, copyright or licensing issues, just don't give people certain pieces that would allow an obvious replication. Allow us to make more types of tracks such as full day/night cycles, point-to-point races, everything from the Nurburgring to a parking lot.

I know it's a stretch, if anything like this was ever done, I'd only expect it as DLC rather than an update as it would cut into their revenue for future track DLCs.

One can dream though...

^^ and the old oval called Test Course.

thats a wish list thread, we got countless wish lists

A livery editor is at the top of my list.

And on my list it's under a track creator you can make with the analog sticks (like drawing). But even better would be selecting a course design, pick a car and drive it around, like Modnation Racers, but you drive like normally, leaving a track behind you.

Anything but a livery editor. I don't want to see all the kids abuse the beautiful cars with ugly stickers and such. It's fine to have such a thing in a NFS game, but not in a sim.

Another wish list thread :grumpy:

Here's what I want:

-Grid Girls, camera crew, pit crew etc at the start of the race.
-Realistic damage. When I go 100+ mph into the gravel trap I want something interesting to happen.
-More night races.
-Livery editor.

I want a lot of things in GT5, but the most important for me will be qualifying lap and start races with the cars stoped, no more flying starts ...

- Better damage (NFS Shift 2 level would be nice)
- Tyre pressures
- Tyre blowouts
- Engine damage
- Dirt on the cars so there's an actual need for the car wash
- Being able to view the car from inside view with buttons (left and right, to look at apex's, etc)
- Basic body kits for all cars (not NFS style, but say like we have generic spoilers, so front splitters, rear diffusors and canards would be good)
- Aftermarket alloys for standards and steel wheels for premiums
- Livery editor - able to create liverys for cars and remove liverys from RM's + TC's,
- Camber adjustment for left and right wheels not just front and back
- Steering angle adjustment
- Wheel size adjustment - Alloy size, tyre profile, tyre width, etc
- Turbo boost pressure editing
- Supercharger tuning
- Range of LSD's

Other stuff too, just this list is getting kinda long now...

why you want qually? the a spec and b spec races are easy, and online we got a "quallyinfing lap"

Engine and drivetrain swaps, and livery editor.

It's just a game, not real life. So really there's no harm in it.

To be able to spec up to 16 of my own cars and share them online so that only these cars I spec and share can be used in an online lobby. At the moment it is really hard to spec up cars so that they are equal for the purpose of fare online racing. power/weight/PP limits just don't produce cars that lap very closely!

We are running a GT300 event in my group, however we tried to make the cars equal there is always a faster or slower one.

Or/and to be able to limit the power limiter or ban it completely within an online lobby. Nothingworse than ruining the power/torque curve of a car.

random sticker placement makes my eyes bleed. :)
