I don't have any pic of Yosemite, because the replay is bugged and the AI never find the track. :guilty:
 
So, does any part of the Yosemite track work properly?

Do you have any descriptions for the tracks that do work (time of day, weather, interactivity with track, as in leaves falling, snow, rain etc etc etc).

I hope GT4 will include tracks other then the ones found on Prologue.

Does anyone have working links to the paris videos ? All the ones on this thread are dead as a doornail.
 
Nursnow looks good, although it has alot of graphics bugs right now. The finished one will definately be interesting to race:-) Looking very forward to Infineon/Sears Point aswell as Paris!
 
All the xps files, the videos and the pics are made with the asiatic versions of GT4 Prologue.
The japanese and chinese versions have been released in December 2003.
The korean version has been released in January/February 2004.

Polyphony Digital did certainly many things in the game after these (old) release dates. :sly:

So, they modeled both Turn 6 and the Chute! Yay! No Turn 9A, but meh, no big deal.

Holy CRAP I can't wait for more pictures. This is SO going to kick ass.

Keep em coming!!!!! I really want to see Yosemite. I wish we all could see how those tracks look on the latest build :)
 
On some of the replays the track map doesn't even match the course the cars are on. Example like the test course has the cars going around the test course as we all are familiar with, but the track map shows another track. weird.

Only one replay is like that.
The track name is "test", the track map is laguna seca, and the cars go around super speedway ... :dunce:
 
:eek: Paris track looks very nice, looks like they've worked on the night tracks. 👍

Can't really see much in nursnow vid, but looks 'cool' ;) none the less.


The Xport Japanese?/Chinese replay link isn't working for me :guilty:

Amazing work to all that have posted vids and pics... nice to see some new stuff!!! Nursnow looks pretty tight... even if it's not the full ring, the track map does give the impression that it's a lengthy course... and looks like full fields in the rally races... about time, that 1 on 1 in past GTs was uber boring... esp with the cheese AI you might as well just have had them as time trials.

Paris looks great... and it was nice to see the motion blur effect in that vid... is starting to give more of a feeling of speed ;)
 
I like that the Nursnow track has both On/Off road racing. I love it when you slide onto the tarmac, and the tyres grip. Makes it more like a Rallycross track.

It both great and confusing that these are only appearing now. 👍 :)
 
For rally tracks, it will be 1vs 1 as usual in GT, the fact that there is 6 cars is juste resulting from the manipulation of replay, because in paris by night there's only place for 2cas in the starting block. The 4 other are out of the track, same for nursnow i think
 
^ that sux... one of my biggest complaints about rallying in GT was the 1v1 field... we can always hope it's changed in the final build. :nervous:
 
The detail on the car is superb, looks just right, shame the track looks abit tatty.
 
The tracks were unfinished so they will look beter in GT4.
