Well that helps a lot.. stability on ps3's wireless isn't what I would call good.
I never use wireless to anything but my laptop.. browsing the internet. And guess what.. it usually drop offline a couple of times during the day.
 
Yeah but my wireless connection has been perfect for years, the DC at Le Sarthe was really the only problem I've had in a long time. Even then I'm convinced it was Sony's servers because Joey DC'ed at the same time.

But it's worth a try.
 
I have a question for the race tonight.

04: Pit Etiquette:


A:
When you enter the pit-lane, you're not allowed to cross the white pit-entry-line. PE-1b: When you exit the pit-lane, you're not allowed to cross the white pit-exit-line.

B:
Cars on the race track have right-of-way over cars entering the race track from the pits. You have to take care not to interfere with other drivers on the track. Swerving in front of upcoming cars to defend your position is not allowed. You have to stay on the same side of the track as the pit exit until the first corner.

C:
You're not allowed to overtake other drivers when entering the pitlane.

D:
Make sure you indicate in time that you plan on entering the pitlane to prevent any interference with other cars on the track.

I just noticed that exit the pit on Laguna isn't really easy to to follow rule B.
When I regain control of my car it doesn't have a natural line to follow rule B, I will of course do my best, but if I'm the only one.. well then I wont

I Know its a bit late, but i was wondering, if me and my friend could sign up, as this looks like the kind off lobby for us? If not, its no problem, as i know its late.
 
I'll be on at around 8pm for an hours practice before the race.
 
Do you people have tuned your engines, i can't beat you guys on the straights. Maybe it has something to whit gear ratio's, tried everything but my best laps are 1:21's,

at sector 1 i am only 0,2 seconds behind, after sector 2 i am 1,5 seconds behind. I lose +1 second at only 2 (easy) corners...!? i don't know why. After the corkscrew i am usually +2 seconds behind...

No we aren't using tuned engines, it's gotta be either your gear ratios or your throttle pedal isn't 100% down to the ground.
 
Just to let everyone know:

GP-CiaN is hosting tonights race, and we have three-four new guys that have joined the championship too!
 
Waiting on Phil, Zzxxz, and Owensracing, qualy starts in 5 minutes and the race starts in 45 minutes.
 
Now we're just waiting on Zzxxz, Owensracing & Ying_yang.
 
Tough race tonight!

Roy was too fast. I made too many mistakes.
Never did a 1.17.9xx before, happy to get the pole for this track.

After too many mistakes in the beginning, ended up 3th after lap2. Then spun...
Pitted at lap 12, 25sec behind leader, 5th position. Hoped to get free way, while most of them pitted at lap 15.

Run 18 laps on 2th stint, pushing every lap.
3th pit at lap 30. After kyaw, 3th position and still had to pit.
Closed the gap with rap untill 2,5secs. Then pushed too hard and made mistake.
Happy with result.

Tough race on Laguna Seca with 100% concentration.
Great fight between Me and Netherdragon. Gratz to him for making not many big mistakes. So close at the end, i would have had him if i didnt stray my right side of the car onto the sand/gravel.

Pitted at lap 15 and 30 for a two stopper. Managed my tyres quite well although the fronts were going faster than the rears.

I apologise for the shunt at the corkscrew with Arkano.
Just didn't expect you to break early. I did break early too but apparently not early enough. Same thing happened to me as Joey did the same.

Cmon now, I was on the bumper of Netherdragon going into the corkscrew :sly:

So-so race really from me. It didn't matter whether I did a two or a three stopper, I wasn't going to finish much higher than fifth. Knew I wasn't going to do well here, but fifth was a decent result, it's also got to be my worst result for the whole season.

On the plus side, I've already got an awesome set-up for Monza.

I'll post up the standings in a little while after I've checked the replay and such.
 
Qualified 6th, had a good start off the line and got along side kyaw to the 1st turn and tried to outbrake him, big mistake I ended up in the sand right at the start:ouch:. I went for a 2 stopper as during practice I could go 15 laps before losing too much time but that didn't seems to be the case today, they only lasted 12 so I should have made it a 3 stopper but I thought after the mistake at the start a 2 stop would be my only chance to get in the top 5. I pit at laps 14 and 28 and everything was going ok for me, even managed a 1:19.111, I got back upto 6th where I started and I thought I could keep it but then on my last stint after my 2nd stop I was just making mistake after mistake, 6 in total and ended up back in 9th.:(

Anyway Monza next, hopefully I will do well.

Btw Arkano, are you posting the videos in the OP?

Oh yeah sorry, I meant to do that yesterday. I'll post them in the OP when I update the standings (probably tomorrow now, really tired atm).

Sorry for not making the race guys. I have to dedicate time to build my new cockpit. Sold other to buddy and he is wanting to pay me and take it home like yesterday. Hahaha so pressures on. One of two major irons in the fire. Next up make boost in Evo again. Vvrrmmmsshhhhhhhhhppch chaaAAA! Hahaha lil excited.

There are already two Xanavi GTR's, you'll have to choose another car I'm afraid.
 
Made a good start, but i made a mistake in lap one. After it i was one the last place, but i did a good 7-8 laps. I had the feeling i could get Zxxzz and Phil back becaus they made alot of mistakes(i think) but once i got near them i started to do the same. I passed i dutch guy though, but he could't handle his defeat and disconnected. Halfway i was almost lapped by everyone. And could't focus anymore and 6 houres of racing was starting to punish me. I also got punched by GPrili. i did't know he was behind me. This game needs some rules to avoid things like that (blue, yellow & black flags).

anyway very disappointed race for me :crazy:

Just been practicing on Monza and managed a 1:42.327, only a tenth off from roys time yesterday. :)

Race 3 video is up. :)
 
I just realised I'd made a mistake somewhere with GP's results. Kyaw and GP now have the exact same points.
