Yeah it is going to awesome. I love that trailer. But release date is not right I think. This game is also coming on November 16th or something.

CREATE mode will support a keyboard & mouse

EDIT: Sorry little Lefty, I had searched for any other LBP threads but did not find anything

My biggest problems with LBP1 and how LBP2 will fix them if at all

- Sack boy control. Didn't feel tight at all, felt very loose.
+ With LBP2 you will be able to customize the control of the sack boy

- No "paint" tool, only stickers to change the colors of objects. This was very messy and inaccurate
+ Not sure if LBP2 will fix this. We simply need a Microsoft paint type paint brush and pallet.

- Only levers can control machines, only one lever can be moved at a time vastly limiting the complexity of machines.
+ LBP2 fixes this with a microchip. Now you can control multiple things with different buttons on the DS4.

- Forcing you to create cartoony levels by making most available materials and objects cartoony
+ I understand LBP developers have their idea of what the little big planet world should be like, and they like to keep it cartoony but they also say its suppose to be the perfect manisfestation of your perfect dream world, and in my perfect dream world I prefer a more realistic look. Hopefully with LBP2 will offer more realistic looking objects and materials to build levels. For example instead of plastic toy soldiers give us realistic soldiers as an object as well. Instead of generic steel materials give us materials like carbon fiber, plastic, or perhaps sheet metal

- It was difficult to make cinematic levels in LBP1.
+ LBP2 will have more cinematic friendly tools

I loved the first one and I will definitely get this one but since I'm getting the CE for Gran Turismo this will get the regular version.

I loved the first one and I will definitely get this one but since I'm getting the CE for Gran Turismo this will get the regular version.

I'm doing the total opposite.

I love the LBP2 CE, for $20 extra you get book stands, a $15 7" plush sack boy, and 11 costumes worth $11-$22.

I hate the GT5 CE, the chain, model car etc dont do anything for me, and its $40 more then the standard edition.

I hope all the game types you can make in LBP2 are fleshed out, would hate this to be a jack of all trades and master of none. RPGs better have leveling up, shops, inns, etc. I also want your stats (money, HP, items) transferable to next levels to create a seemless gameplay experience

i'll probably get it. I don't know when, though. GT5 and NFS HP come out about the same time. But, eventually, I will buy it.

Not yet decided why version I will get. Here is the new adventure trailer

That's funny. To be honest if I had known about the LBP 2 CE before I heard about GT5 CE I probably would have gotten it instead. It sounds like a very good deal.

Getting the CE. Just waiting for local retailers to list it. I want a sackboy plushie!!!!

I think I might get the CE as well. It is only $20 bucks more and it does come out after GT5 so that can be my Christmas gift to myself.

Hope the creation tools are a bit more friendly than in the original. I got LBP because every critic loved it and gave it full marks. However, I was disappointed that you had to actually play through the (mostly) annoying levels to get stuff. All the items to create your own games should have been opened up to you upon your first play. I bought it so I could create my own platform games, but supposedly easy-to-use creation tools were a real drag and I just gave up and traded it in after a few months. LBP2 needs to improve on the original in a BIG way to tempt me.

here is a link to LBP.com and also a link to LBPworkshop if anyone is interested.

Also does anyone know how to make a "poll,"I'm curious to know how many more people will get GT5 then LBP2 or vice versa?:)
Something I'm also curious about is what kind of music is going to be in the game,
and one last thing I'm also curious about is I wonder if thier going to incorporate "Playstaion Move" into any part of the game?
