C-Spec s a lot of fun too. Just feels like what it is, a handicapped Track version. I'm just so mad that they didn't make any visual distinctions from model to model, having a street car that performs like a GT-3 car is just a bit Gran Turismo really... It even has Navi!!!

Is there more content planned to be released at the end of Week 13, or is the RUF and Auto Club it for this season?

I'm very, very keen to buy the RUF and I've got another couple of things to make it up to the 3 item discount, but I'd rather get to 6. If there's more stuff coming I'll wait and try and bu

My tweet was specifically about why the super late model will be slightly delayed and it was because the guys that do almost all of the car modeling and textures worked on a project that improves all of the cars.

Based on that post that Steve made, I believe it will be something like Hi-res Cockpit or dynamic reflections.

@Kamuifanboy: Interesting. Last thing i heard about the DW12 was that is was coming before the Holden (Which is scheduled for a mid 2014 release) but iRacing was been awful at giving updates regarding the DW12.

Red Bull Junior Driver. Ran GP3 and finished in the top 3 last year. Then this year he finished 3rd in the championship for Renault 3.5 this year.

I guess I can add Will Power and Simon Pagenaud to that list for myself. I beat them 3 years ago at Sebring in a Skip Barber car

Good memories. I later met Simon and he remembered me! Probably because of my love of Le Mans, I knew him from ALMS and had no idea who Mr. Power was at the time.

Look for a promo code, buy subscriptions when on special, buy content in bulk to get discount, only buy what you intend to race and it's not that bad...but oh well enjoy RF.

I raced Will Power last year in the Star Mazda at Zandvoort, I won the race too

Was one of the best races I've ever had, 3 of us (me, Will, and some guy from Spain) were seperated by no more than a second for the first half hour of the race, was very intense...Loved it

I had a great practice last night in the skippy at Mid-Ohio. I had the fourth fastest time out of 23 drivers including Nim, Kamuifanboy and a few other guys with high iRatings. Kamuifanboy only ran a few laps but I'll take what I can. I'm finally starting to learn tracks a lot faster. Mid-Ohio is a lot of fun. I'm looking forward to racing on this track.

Personally I think it was a real stupid decision when we could've had 2 cars battling on the same class.

You should have said hello! I might have stayed longer then. I was giving the Skippy a go with NTM5 because I hadn't driven it for two years or so. She's much more manageable but still very unforgiving. The car is like that in real life so, I guess it's quite realistic.

Personally I think it was a real stupid decision when we could've had 2 cars battling on the same class.

The Mclaren sucks on NTMv4 IMO, so I won't miss it. I'd rather have 2 classes than 3, more people to fight with. Not really hardcore reality anyways since we don't have the right cars for a TUSCC event, so I'm fine with whatever they put in.

Thing is that the RT12 Track is a GT3 car which is meant to be a direct competitor to the McLaren, they would've been in the same class.
I'm also with you on the V4 tires and the McLaren though.

I wouldn't have raced the Mclaren, but they shouldn't have took it out... But let's be honest about why they did, they want as many people to buy the RUF as possible (duh) and probably the best way to achieve that is remove the Mclaren just like they did with the Mustang last year. That being said what is everyone running? I finished 3rd in my split last year in the DP, I'm trying to decide if I want to improve on that and run the DP again (and help it's numbers..) or run the RUF because it's such an awesome car...

Im not sure Ill participate in it this year. It was kind of a joke last year with all the sandbagging that went on in some of the splits. I have a feeling it will be worse this year with so many people now being aware of it.

Some people may not be sandbagging. For instance; Most people seem to be able to be really quick in qualifying but, run really slow consistent lap times. I happen to only gain about 5 tenths from a full fuel to a qualifying fuel setup. Whereas most people seem to be able to go more than 1 second faster than their full fuel setups.

Turn 1 and the bus stop chicane are the worst in the RUF, I still can't figure out how to properly take turn 1, the bus stop you need to slow down much sooner than you think in order to get in and out of it as fast as possible. The old cliche "slow in fast out" applies..
