I'm looking forward for a g27 wheel. However, I was thinking that maybe it's too late to get one since gt6 is coming soon and probably new wheels will appear in the market. So what do you think? Thanks

If you can get one around 200$ (+/- 30$) then it is still the best bang for the buck, considering that you get a complete package of wheel, pedals including clutch and h-shifter unit. As GT6 is a PS3 title, I am more than sure, that it will work fine with a G27.

G27 is a great wheel. Just because GT6 is coming out soon well I am not going to buy another wheel I am staying with my G27.

Logitech doesn't have any plans slated for a new wheel, there is the impression that due to loss in sales for such hardware there is no reason to move forward. Thus the G27 will probably be used for another couple years, and hopefully with all these new sim racers coming out more people will open their pocketbooks for a good wheel, but with a good wheel comes others items...

I'm sure we'll see that new thrustmaster wheel when forza 5 releases. Fanatec will have to come out with something new soon too with nextgen consoles in nov being released.

I just bought a g27 too because I couldn't wait.

I haven't heard of anything new for the GT6 release, I'd imagine the DFGT, G27 and T500RS will remain the more or less wheels to own, with the Fanatec family of wheels in there too. Most of the new wheel products I'd imagine will be targeted towards the next gen consoles, specifically the XB1, unless PS4 ends up requiring a new wheel as well.

There won't be new wheels until GT7/PS4 in a good 3+ years. And if anything I would buy them now before the demand goes up any higher for GT6.

So I got the g27 last friday, it's a whole new game with it

Congrats and welcome to the sim world.
I started out with a G25 and I literally had to do all the license tests to get the feel and hang of it with a wheel. It's a totally new game with a wheel haha
