Japanese version has snow!

Thats what I was thinking too. Some people have no idea what photoshop can/can't do and just toss it out there for anything they can't believe.

I noticed the snow one time while online, that's it. Looked amazing and I wish it would happen more. It looks insane when driving at top speed down SSR7. It's seriously like you're just flying through space.

It's real and is available in all of the versions. The only time I've seen it is online.

I think it only "snows" online. I noticed the game tries to save resources and lowers the spray effects of the rain on SSR7.

Jesus... some ppl are just lol... I can send you guys replay with snow. Was driving the other day with a bunch of Japanese, then suddenly right before countdown to start... blizzard. Was fun race, because with snow you have illusion driving a lot faster.

To the idiots claiming this is photoshop. It is impossible to do that in photoshop. While simple video editing can be done, having little particles with motion blur is not possible.

these kind of animate visual effect can't done by Photoshop,
maybe NEXT time you said: "Nice After effect"

Like the name sais, Photoshop is for photos and not for videos....except you edit every frame picture of the video.

But with a video editing program it would be easy to get such an effect, especially when there isn´t any effect on the track.

And never seen snow on this track and I don´t need it. Rain looks much cooler.
