It would only be a matter of time that I'd hit 1,000 since I'm so active on GTPlanet. This is more of a monumental acheivement for me than my "6 months on GTPlanet" deal. Anyhow, I've seen almost everyone once or twice, including newcomers. All the while, I've changed my avatar only once, I've come across Pimp Racer, Kart Racer, GT3Freak2001 (all three of which are "my boys," as we say in ghetto culture), perhaps my first GTPlanet female, McLaren'sAngel, and many more. I've seen people get "owned," forum topics going nowhere get locked, and seen great compliments towards my topics. One of which mentioned that "...you bring new life to this forum."

I just want to say that it has been a pleasure to educate, entertain, have fun, and all this other good stuff for as long as I can. This is probably the best forum site I've been on in years. On a few others, I've been flamed on, disrespected, suspended from a forum, I've even been OWNED on another forum I've stopped going to. All the while, I've learned my lessons, and when I joined GTPlanet and made my first forum post called "My Debut...," I knew I would be in for a wild ride. A wild ride I'd enjoy, by the way. Oh, and not to mention looking forward to GT4. While 1,000 posts isn't a lot, it means that a person is in a forum site he/she enjoys and stays endurant no matter what happens to him/her or the forum site. Jordan, GilesGuthrie, and others help make this place a wonderful one to be on. Jordan did a good job opening a website for GT fans to talk about racing, cars, and among others, Gran Turismo. And I'm proud to be here. As I hit 1,000, I know I'm at least 13,000+ posts away from knocking off the one who's made the most posts ever. Kind of think of it as trying to reach the top of the money list in Golf.

Anyhow, I'll accept my new member title, and I thank you for making it last. Thank you, and take care until the next time I hit millenium. Toodles! Cheers! Peace out, fool! Or whatever ending you prefer...

Thank you very much for your continued respect and trust.

Congratulations. Lets party!

Notice only Aussies have replied in here, coincidence, I think NOT!

Most people don't do acceptance speeches for the honor.
Guess you're the man.

Congrapubations.

When you make a couple dozen boring repetetive topics every day, it was bound to happen...

Actually I was talking about JohnBM01, but thanks to milefile's bit of evidence, I'm talking about you too now.

Hey, I try. I'm an active person and I'm only taking advtange of what these forums have to offer. I'm doing what I can to come up with topics I know people will want to take part in, even if they ARE "boring and repetitive." I don't do these for myself. I don't come up with "fanboy" (god, I hate that term) threads. Instead, I like to have fun and I love being here. If my having fun is what you'd call a virus to these threads, get the hell off. I'm just an active person. Everyone is different. You can't expect people to be the same all the time. I mean, if I said that Hondas and Toyotas were "gay," then why would I be in a forum about muscle cars? If I said that NASCAR is so much better than ALMS, why would I be on an ALMS thread? Instead, I'm a human being just like the rest of you. My interests are varied and I love being here no matter what any sarcastic comments come my way. So in my time, let's take a look at negative for "positvely negative" comments I've had:

"Jeez, do you ever make posts less than 200 words?"
"John's review of Pong, history of Pong + 360,000 words..."
"Well, I'm going to complain about your long posts. What you said could have been said in seven sentences..."

I mean, I like being here, it's a perfect time-killer, and I just want to add to the conversations. I tend to look at a forum site as a bunch of conversations. I want to contribute whether it is Gran Turismo 4 or two tractors racing each other. My enthusiasm and youthful charm (despite my age of 21) has kept me active. I love what I do until I end up on a forum site where I'm not bashed on for how long my posts are, how many posts I do, what could have been said in a few sentences, or whatever. All I believe in is either "just say it," or "just do the damn thing." And I'll do that. And if others want to talk about their post accomplishment or how long they been on the Planet, I say let them. I mean, this is the Off-Topic thread, right? Meaning almost anything goes, even if it is someone saying they just graduated from high school. I can't be the kind of person you want me to be. I'll be loved, I'll be hated. Just like any other human being. I've had my friends and damn sure had my enemies. And being on GTPlanet is no different. And as you notice, I could have said this in seven sentences or less, but since I have a voice and I am expressive, I said, who cares as long as I get my point across. Anyhow, I'll take "Diamond Member" honors. And come on, I'm not THAT bad of a person. I'm not F-Body or anyone. It just means that I have a personality that some will either like or dislike. That's perfectly normal as long as I'm not disturbing the peace or making bullcrap or offensive topics. I'm just trying to contribute. I love to communicate. I'm just doing what I love. I'm doing it the way I want to do it. I don't want to be anyone else. I'm happy the way I am. I am a human being, and humans aren't going to be perceived well as others. Even in my "Being Unwanted and Unloved" topic, someone told the truth. "...that's life, my friend...nobody cares if you crapeed out in Vegas..."

Regardless, I am honored to be a GTPlanet member no matter what others daresay. I love it here, I just hope I can continue to do what I love and to not be reminded of my past in forum topics. So as a final sentence to end my reply, thank you to everyone who's helped keep my thread topics going. And that is all I ever want for a great bunch of people on a great site.

Congrats' to one of the most well-spoken individuals on GTP. I'd hope, and yet expect (:D), to see the next 1000 show no smudge on your well-versed theory and response to the members of GTP.

Phew. My eyes are watering after staring at your post while I read it.
Yeah, sometimes you talk way too much, but some of you topics are pretty good.

One thing:
Could you try to avoid typing 'SPECIAL TOPIC:' on your thread titles. Surely every topic should be special, or should we ignore the rest?;)
