It's a POS TV by some no name brand that doesn't even have a website. It's my g/f's TV anyway. For the price to get it fixed I could just spend a lil more and get a brand new one. That's what's going to happen. Just waiting for those deals to come around.

I just left a practice room where Tyler was the host. I wanted to test a bit the car specs of this series.
I hit a 36.6 in the Gara 08 and 35.6 in the Lexus (404hp helps a lot). Only had the time to test these 2 cars 'cause i really should go to bed now, it's 6am in France :crazy:

So Veloci came into my room and crushed my lobby time slips with a 1'36'0xx pretty much and bout time plc, tnt, and hunt started lapping we need a draft to hit that, lol! 👍 Veloci. 40 less kg didn't really do anything for my low trap speed but it did make it quicker to my low trap speed so that's a plus. I found a downforce number that keeps me with the Lexus's better side by side so I can at least reel people in with this setting. I'm pretty sure I'm going to be in the low 1'37's range as my race pace come this weekend.

Any tips on which car runs nicely at these specs? I will probably run either the Lexus or the RX7.

Honeslty all cars have there strong points. The Arta has good tire life and hi corner speeds, the Lexus has brute force and was are still might be the fastest car on track. The rx7 has good turn in and is just a wicked ride, but I think it eats tires. The celica & mr's apex turns very well and even with low hp they still hit 162-163 mph down the straights. And the Subaru is a tank with low trap speeds but the most stable car in the field, and the awd isn't bad either. Too bad we don't take the green flag from a standing stop, or I would get a couple of positions before turn 1.

Fellas ill be home within roughly 4hrs from now and will be leaving my Ps3 on for qualifying for the next 24hrs pretty much so just send me some pm's via gtplanet &(or) psn for service.
 
I spent all week getting ready for the race on Saturday and tonight at dinner my wife surprised me with tickets to the MMA fight in Montreal. It is hard to get too upset at the gift but really I enjoyed the battle last week. I will be on vacation for the next two weeks and will pick up the series in Madrid. Have fun, race hard and clean.

Not really, the weight distribution works against it. Plus I did an acceleration test with Zach sometime back, Garaiya with stage 3 engine vs Lexus down Fuji's striaight.

Even with Garaiya on exit but the Lexus only hard marginally more in a straight line. Like maybe only a metre or so by the end of the LONG straight.

And no, I am not short shifting. :lol:
 
I ran a conservative setup again, perhaps see if I can go the whole race with no pit stops. I think I would have been able to go 1:36.8s but I added some downforce to help my tire wear.

I am sorry guys, but I would like to resign from this series. I have a very busy and unpredictable schedule at this time in my life. Hopefully I will be able to race with most of you guys in the future 👍 good luck to you guys on the rest of you season
