initial d styles lol, for the trueno foglight thing's?
I find them better. however i am using g25 and have just beaton the hakone slasher and have 1.6mill sitting there for a skyline or sileighty when one of them pop up.
Physics-wise, Import Tuner Challenge is the best that Genki has ever done, so if you don't like it at all, avoid the TXR: D series like the plague.if the physics is like GT3 I'll be all on board but if it's like Import Tuner Challenge (x360) maybe I might pass.
They don't have to be. All I was saying is that Shutokou Battle X (Import Tuner Challenge) has the best physics that Genki has ever programmed. If those weren't good enough for DWA, TXRD2 certainly won't be.i dont think the kaido(txrd, kb etc) series is anything like the wangan(import tuner challengr) serie's in terms of physics?
the wangan games feel ALOT more floaty/disconnected imho.
Floatiness isn't the issue. The main problem is that cars can't really maintain any sort of oversteer angle or rotational momentum. This has repercussions beyond inaccurate drifting. It just makes cornering goofy and counterintuitive.I don't know why people don't like the physics. Granted, they are a tad floaty, but you really do get used to them in a few days or so.
Hey now, Street Racing Syndicate 2 (aka TF&TF) wasn't that bad as long as you weren't trying to be a drift champ. The "Wangan-style" part of the game was certainly enjoyable enough. Now, if you want games with BAD physics, try TF&TF, NFS: Carbon, or even Genki's own TXR Zero, the latter being the WORST I've played.
to DWA: http://youtube.com/watch?v=9G5t2vWQCPs watch the start of that vid, it seem's to be the best representation of the game.
