Kaz, Would outsourcing work be something you would consider?

Yamauchi said that he wasn't interested in outsourcing development on Gran Turismo PSP to another developer. He considered the prospect of handing off the driving sim to someone else "unthinkable."

Linky.

That was in regard to a crappy side game that more likely than not would have turned out better if Sony simply had farmed it out to one of their C-Teams to make the GT4 port originally promised; nevermind the problems that game caused for the development of the obscenely more important GT5. It was an interview from almost exactly 5 years ago (though if the Drive Club rumors were true, it means Kaz is just as protective over it as ever), but if even that wasn't allowed to be made by anyone other than PD themselves, I'm doubting that Kaz would be any more receptive to allow someone outside of his "family" have anything to do with a real GT game.

You are probably right you know.

Completley off topic. How do you put a link in like that?
