Good call on the aventador sv! Just bought it and I used praiano's 800pp tune and it is a fun car. Eats fuel too!

The 4 stage weight reduction had me bouncing off the AI cars like a pinball for a few lap until I readjusted my driving style.

It was able to pay for itself with a run on Sardegna. That is my goal ... tune a car or two a night and test them on tracks. I was trying the concept of trail braking which led to a bad start but I was getting the hang of it and putting down consistent laps by the last 5 laps. Lots of good info in these threads.

:)
If its draining fuel too fast, you need to drop some hp. I got a best lap of 2:06.xxx in tokyo with just 500hp in the aventador sv

I feel like there was a post at some point that showed the exact price increase of LCD vehicles, but I have no idea where to look now. Anyone know, or more specifically, the increase for the F1 GTR?

@ddm's website tracks price changes of cars, but I think you can only look at them when they're available currently?

Thank you! That makes my decision to postpone the purchase easy.

i tried the alpine on tokyo and had tomahawk flashbacks after taking a 20 second penalty for hitting a puddle and losing control ... ahhhhh! no mas. I think I am done with that race. It gave me spoils but took some of my soul repeating a race in a space ship car. I am enjoying the game much more now.

Similar for me with the Alpine. And first trial. Now trying to find a 4WD to use in my first trials instead.

But then the ones and the tunes I try do not have enough speed.

But continuing that will be for tomorrow!

I may have missed a couple but the prices listed here should, on the whole, show the current price.

Jeep Willys MB '45 ... 27,900

Shelby Cobra Daytona Coupe '64 ... 20,000,000

Ferrari 250 GT Berlinetta passo corto '61 ... 8,300,000

While I appreciate your work there (update your price for the F1 GTR), somewhere along the way, someone had future prices predicted, both increasing and decreasing. Now whether it was accurate or not is another story, lol.

Awesome refresh, I had no intention of purchasing ANY $20M car, even my beloved 250 GTO and I already own the '61, so money to burn!

My Ferrari invite expires in 7 days and I still need the Enzo and FXK (my last 2 invite cars), even though I don't care that much for either. I can probably swing both and the F1.

A few people posted it, here is one

I think the changes have all happened now though, since we've had another full cycle.

The next price changes are scheduled for August according to the post for PD, so hopefully someone will be able to predict those next price changes which presumably will come in the July patch next week.

2. Legend Cars Dealership
 - In the Hagerty Collection, prices have been revised according to real world valuations under guidance from Hagerty. Hagerty is an American company that provides car insurance and valuation for classic cars, and has also sponsored many historic car events in recent years. The new prices will be applied from the next lineup update. The next pricing revision is planned for August 2022.

I just spent 28.3M.
Ouch!
If I had the money, I'd have been happy to buy the Shelby. If I didn't have the money, I'd grind for the '61.

Sounds like money well spent to me.

Shoot, I meant to say the MW McLaren F1 GTR Race Car '97 (the Long Tail) is better than the McClaren F1 GTR - BMW '95.

And isn't there a road car too?

EDIT: I think it's the McLaren F1 '94.

They are all expensive. Which is the best car?
F1 road is currently my fastest road car at 700pp on any course. Really tricky, specific tune, but when you get it dialed in it's insanely quick. Two sec quicker than Praiano's F40 at Brands and almost 3sec quicker at Watkins. Only cars I can get close to it are the Diablo GT and the Huracan, but only on tight courses for the latter. So F1 is a must buy imo; I'm saving for my third.

F1 GTR '97 Long Tail (Gr. 2) is phenomenal, one of the best race cars in the game. Stock setup is fast, top tuner setups are fast. Great on pretty much any track. It's essentially tied with the CLK-LM for the best Gr. 2, just depends on the track/driver.

F1 GTR '95 (Gr. 3... The one currently in the LCD) is a massive letdown. It's not bad, per se, but given its price and the downforce nerf it gets in order to fit into Gr. 3 I don't think it's worth buying until you've bought everything else.

So I can't tell you my opinion of the "best" F1 since the F1 road and F1 GTR are such different animals, but both are top-tier in their categories. The worst is very easy, the "short tail" '95, and I doubt anyone will disagree with me on that. Looks cool though, lol.
I had 59.6 million in my account and now I have 2.5 million... I bought the daytona coupe and 37 other cars in brand central mostly 1 million each... now I am officially done with all the cars in LCD and own every car... It feels great!

Nice! I've got one left: the Alfa 8c and I honestly don't care if I get it or not. I'm sure I will when I have the credits, but I won't be grinding or waiting on it. You went the smart route and had an exciting car to close out the LCD, while I went the stupid route and saved one of the worst for last, lol

Any guesses on when the McLaren F1 road car might land back in the dealership?

Anyone got a Le Mans 700 tune for the Ferrari 250 GT '61? Got it up to 678pp. Good power but unruly.

I think the price changes in the LCD are ridiculous. Nobody can tell me that the real-world price for the 250GT went up from 8.2m to 8.3m or the Willys Jeep from 27,800 to 27,900 (so the market for Willys Jeeps rose by 0.3%? That's not even measurable!). And probably no 250GT even changed hands since it last was in the LCD. That's just sheer "because-we-can".

And if real world prices are the reason for changing in-game prices, where's the same hike in payouts for races? Inflation cuts both ways, people!

Inflation most definitely doesn't work two ways. It takes loads of time before wages are correctly adjusted, if at all. That's another discussion entirely though.

Still waiting for the Jag XJ13!

Meh, all that anticipation for three cars I have no interest in. Ha!

Tested the cobra daytona in tokyo. Up to this point, with 2 races made, I think its weakest in comparison to alpine (the normal non glitched version), 917k, 330p4 and markIV. I'll try more tunes see if its performance increases.

That makes sense compared to 917K, 330P4 and Mark IV - it raced in a different era and category (like GT500 versus LMP) - better comparison is against the 250 GTO. Even with a PP-matched tune it shouldn't be able to compete with the Le Mans legends.

Phew, got all legendary cars and used cars now.
But kind of lost motivation for credit grinding, so the brand central cars will just have to wait.

The difference wasnt that big. And I just raced twice in tokyo. The 250gto has like 350hp fully tuned, has absolutely no chance of competing against a 550hp cobra daytona, or anyone of the other classic racing cars, in tokyo.

It's annoying the 250 GTO can't tune as high as the Cobra - they were competitors in their day, but the tuning system allows the Cobra a whole different dimension of tuning (though that might be realistic, I'm no expert on these two cars!).

Yeah, specially for a 20M price.
What makes for the difference in power, is that the cobra can be equiped with a supercharger, and the 250gto cant.
In game ofc.

I think lcd is following hagerty's prices but not strictly. Example: last month I saw a ferrari 250gto in the hagerty site for 43M dollars while the one in gt7 is 20M.
I think for the most expensive cars, 20M is the maximum limit lcd will go in gt7, even if their value goes above that in hagerty site.
There are many cars in the lcd that dont appear in the hagerty site (mostly the race cars), and I have my doubts, how they do the price variation for those cars.

It looks pretty rudimentary, but I know I've won at least once with it...
