People don't like you because of your behaviour and attitude. If you truly wanted a fresh start, then you should have changed the way you act between the two accounts. For cheese's sake, you even told everybody you were logging off the old account and on the new one?

There are rules about starting additional accounts when your old one is banned. Curveball is on a one-strike-and-you're-out warning level, due to how much trouble you stirred up with your old identity. If you manage to get the Curveball account banned, any future accounts will be banned immediately with zero warnings.
