Honestly I feel PD might have lost interest in Gr.4 in general. While it is still featured almost weekly in daily races, they even dropped it entirely in Manu from last year (to the point that Mazda's loaner was never updated from the Atenza Gr.4 to Mazda3 Gr.4).
It just occurred to me as I was collecting decals for another wave of Manufacturers Series liveries this week: Notice how only the Nations Cup Exhibition Series 3 is happening..but no Manufacturers Cup one. Given how multiple races are themed after recent World Tour events (Down to even the conditions in the case of Round 1), what if Manufacturers is actually being fixed to where it will be solely a GR.3 series just like the World Series currently is? As it is now, its kinda pointless to even have GR.4 featured in the Exhibition series when its not even on the World Tour anymore.

It’s sad because GT4 series are booming round the globe. In Europe, GT4 is ust as well known as GT3. USA had the Z, Supra and Mustang racing together. Asia still run the Z and Supra together. Here in Australia, GT4 grids are high and growing between here and New Zealand. Also, Mustang is getting its own One Make with the Dark Horse.
I wouldn't be surprised if "Group racing" ended in a future update and car classes just become "GT3", "GT4" and "Touring Cars"
