There's still a few sleepers around, but many of them have been discovered at this point. The only thing that could draw more out of the woodwork would be a dramatic shift in grip like we saw when comfort tires stopped working.
Some surprising ones are the mazda 323f, subaru brz, and nissan primera 2.0t, with 100% nitrous they can easily crack 230 mph. I was roll racing fully built evos and subarus and I easily beat them.
