I'm currently building a house to sell for a decent amount of iron/diamond/gold, or credits if you wish. I'm still working on it along with the music area and GTPlanet symbol. It's past the Rapture Symbol, simple Wooden house with a special lava pattern floor and an entertainment area (to be) with flowing lava for those cold winter parties and a cooling water flow for summer splash about. I will keep you updated.
When I sell Point Zero, that's going to be a ton of credits. I mean, it includes a dam, a lake which was hand made, a nice big house, tons of storage, a basement, and an awesome vault.
I think 5000 credits. At least.
Then, the new house, currently Black Sun Mansion IV, will go for a tremendous amount, like several thousand.

Dunno how, it was surrounded by cobble and I had already checked to make sure it wouldn't catch anything on fire, and somehow this happened 2 hours after the fireplace was made
^^ 3 shots from a bow and arrow and they're dead. They're really not that much of a threat, the Neather is less dangerous than the real world. It's just you have to be careful of lava, really. I just use Ghasts as automatic NeatherRack and SoulSand collecting machines. I always seem to have trouble with Zombie Pigmen. Since the last update those golden swords pack a punch. :L
