It's something unique, that Argentinian Stock Car championship. I don't really know how to describe, but if I had to, I'd say it's a madman's NASCAR, where no punches are pulled and the entire atmosphere is equal to a game of soccer. Personally, it's an incredible sight to see such a crowd; it seems to be the sort of passion that is displayed in a soccer game within any Latin American country. My own experience when I first watched a Mexican wrestling match (in video form) led me to that conclusion when it comes to crowds; it was unbelievable when first I saw the video and heard such a vocal crowd.
And after watching the Di Palma documentary (basically, the Di Palma family is stock car royalty and are treated as such in Argentina's racing world), I was equally amazed at the sort of racing that goes on this championship. It's simply insane how energetic and fast paced things are in this country...
