Butterfly press.

I don't know the name of every exercise, but can describe some.

With dumb bells, lay down, extend arms past your head as much as comfortable, bring back to rest at pelvis.

Butterfly can be done standing, sitting, lyinh. Just extend arms and bring them toward chest.

Sit or stand and lift a barbell at a 45 degree angle from your head.

These may or may not work the chest, but I suspect they do though they are for the back.

Lean over as much as possible and extend arms from a hanging position below the chest so that you look you are mimicking a flying motion.

Lean over, let the weight(s) hang and lift to chest.

Standing or sitting, extend arms to side and bend arms at elbow 90 degrees and reach.

Same start position as last but face palms toward each other and bring weights toward each other as you lift.

Be sure to get help on form.

Hope these help.

PM me and remind me to post in this thread so I don't forget. :D I'm too tired now and fear I'd leave things out if I posted.

oh yea option2 I could do with making a training plan some time if you could help out?

fermy88 your right to have started with push ups (i think, option2 will know), I advise you invest in some equipment for your workouts? :barbell:

Oh yea and are you looking for bulk or strengh?

Bench press. Incline, flat, and decline. Pec deck.
I have a home gym in my basement with a lot of custom made equiptment. Been lifting for 15 yrs now.
After you start doing weights and adding bulk it's hard to stop though.

Yer that's true, cause if you've worked out for a long time, the last thing you want is too lose it all..
