Some fun with my tuned up Spirra

Just dropped in. I like you choice of the Mustang - ya it is overlooked by many who go for the Skyline - jeeez! Anyway I thought I could offer some advise as a pro commercial photographer for 25 years.
Love the 'Cuda!!
Thanks! I didn't even plan for any of that blur in there, but I think it adds to the effect.
If only I could run it under 2'09.xxx at GVS. Stuck in a rut at 2'09.25x
Drift everything, well that's my motto anyway...lol
That's a fully upgraded Cuda right??
my non-Drift Lap was 2'05.960
my drift Lap was 2'01.028
and I still need to narrow the trans a little....
You must have some driving aids on or something
Funny you'd think she's fully tuned.
She has Race Exhaust, and a Computer Chip. That's it for the power upgrades.

Just a quick note, if anyone thinks drifting is quicker they are misguided. Your lap times prove nothing- only that you can't race grip.
mustangGT90210, I love the pics of the Shelby.
True, grip wouldn't just be slower in that case- it would be impossible![]()
Seriously though- I hope yours does well in the VTC. I wonder if that certain race car I'm about to release will make it here one day- very tough and aggressive looking and suits your gallery fine probably.

Thanks!
Drifting loses too much speed on *most* corners, some you'll come faster through, but not many.
N4HS, he ran those times with a fully modded 'Cuda, so he probably had wheelspin up through 5th gear, lol.
Actually if done right, the drift can keep more speed coming out of tight corners (if you can gain traction quickly). Of course with his 'Cuda, it's tough to regain traction.
Well, I tried your setup and the best I can muster is 2'10.308. That thing is tough to regain traction, there is only a couple corners where the drift helps on that track. My best lap not drifting with that setup was 2'11.577. Not much of a difference. I ran only 12 laps, I'm sure I can eliminate a few mistakes, and run a little faster.
I knew I was missing something on my prev. times, I only ran two (with mistakes) laps with the fully modded one (without a Wing).
How about some pics of that DBR9 of mine against actual race cars (which it slaughters)
Cool, you didn't have to, it's up to you.
I like the second shot in post 27.
