My GT5 has been dispatched

MidianGTX - Shopto have just dispatched my order. I got an email yesterday saying they were processing it. And I've just checked the website today, and it looks as if my order has been dispatched :D

Looks like I'll be getting it on monday :D :D :D

Not to be a downer, but "completed" just means they've taken the money and prepared for dispatch, the only actual dispatch confirmation is the email (not the receipt one) or a text message. GT5 is my 47th time dealing with them so I've gotten used to how they deal with orders.

Of course I'd love to be wrong, since mine says completed too.
 
One of my local stores is still saying its released December 31st. Makes me feel they only play FPS games for some reason :lol:

I did contact Best Buy and they have it down for the 24th. So its either from there when it opens, or go to the local 24hr Walmart when i wake. Did i just say when i wake??. Who am i kidding...............you really think im going to be sleeping the night before?? Something tells me NOT!!.

Surely someplace has to have it and is willing to sell it before then??. Im from Northern IL if anyone has any info.

You keep thinking Walmart will have it. I just was there this morning, and it's not even on their new release data which just came out yesterday.

I ordered with Blockbuster.co.uk on the 16th using that code for £32.99.

It says the order is being processed. Has anyone on these forums used Blockbuster before? I'm a bit skeptical as to how reliable they are with postage and delivery times etc.

I spoke to blockbuster earlier as mine says the same and i was told "It has been packed and sent ready for dispatch on monday"
 
I pre-ordered GT5 CE on tuesday, and I got it today, 4 days before the release! :D I'm sooo happy! :D:D

Ive heard a few people say that Walmart wont be there first choice of place to go. Any reason why that is?.

I would of thought seeing as they take pre orders online, they would have store pickup. Meaning that they would have them at the stores ready.

Maybe im thinking Walmart is a bigger place for games than i realise.

I did not recieve an email. I found the RM under "My Orders" when logged into my shopto.net account. I ordered this with "Int. signed for" shipping as I live in DK.
 
Afternoon all....first time poster here 👍

I ordered from Play.com and it was despatched yesterday. Bearing in mind previous play orders I am expecting it arriving at my place of work on Tuesday hopefully.

I'd take a half day and go home early if it did but since i'm the only person who works here that may be a bit of a problem :guilty:
 
Just pre ordered a back up at the GAME store. If shopto dont sort this out, they've lost a good customer.

Not sure what the deal is with them. Last week you could
pre-order, but it showed "Not available in stores"
Yesterday, it's off their site. It was cached on my computer, and when
I clicked "Last viewed" it showed "Pre-orders no longer available,
check back December 2nd"
You can always try calling on of the 24hr ones near you and see what they have to say.
 
Pre-ordered mine from play and just noticed an email off them from yesterday saying it has been posted :). Just praying it comes either monday or tuesday as I'm back to work on wednesday :scared:

Yes MidianGTX, I am afraid you are right :( Someone mentioned a few posts ago that a shopto moderator confirmed they won't be shipping the games until monday.

Still think it's reasonable to expect it on Tuesday. First class signed for, and it's got all of 60 miles to come via the sorting office in Gatwick. Also, as mentioned before, ShopTo tracking numbers for Royal Mail are in your Orders page on your account.

I feel like a 5 year old again (not just because the Pope is making inappropriate gestures to me.)
 
Sorry if this has been asked before but since I am in the states could I order a signature edition from somewhere like game.co.uk and have them ship it to me? I am on their site now at the confirm order and have seen nothing that says I can't but I don't want to take a $210.00 mistake lol.

Oh and awesome site guys I have been browsing it for a little while now.
