You weren't interested in cars until you played GT5?

Anyway.. For me it was my grandfathers SS396/4 speed Chevrolet Nova when i was four years old.

My dad always had cool cars, so probably any one of them growing up. More specifically, 1980 Camaro I have that was my first Hotwheels.

Hmm...I think it was the 1999 Subaru Imprezza WRC car/and the road car in Gran Turismo 3 when I was like 4-5 years old. Also the 2000 Corvette C5.R GTS car in Gran Turismo 3.

I honestly can't say as I've loved cars as long as I can remember, but I'm going to say the first cars I can actually remember, which were my parents' Volkswagen Vento and my dad's Mk3 Mini 1000.

I had a 1/32 miniature of this:

Guess I had a pretty good reason, eh?

I name thee, Porsche 959.

Or was it the Countach... Maybe even the XJS? 2CV, perhaps?

Most likely dad's Ford Orion.

It's difficult to say which car made me interested in cars, but I can remember my first favourite car was the Subaru Impreza WRX STI (GC8) from Gran Turismo 2 - that shaped the interest in the cars I am most fond of.

Since I've loved cars for probably almost as long as I've been alive, it's really hard to say what car made me love cars.
This, though I will say my favorite car is my DeLorean that my dad bought when I was 1-2 years old. I've been around it and working on it my whole life and being a toddler cars were my life pretty much. The early Gran Turismo games came out when I was very young were an influence, too. My grandpa died before I was born but he was a car but too, maybe it's in my blood

I remember it vividly:

I was 7 or so when I saw The Karate Kid. I thought the classic cars in that film were cool until I saw that Corvette drive up in that scene. I remember calling them 'Quartervettes' for a while. After that, my dad and I were always on the lookout for Corvettes on the road.

The NSX is my fav car now though as I just can't stand behind GM, or any US cars for that matter. When I saw the NSX in a mag as a teenager, it just clicked, moreso than when I saw that 'vette for the first time. Suddenly I wanted to play racing games ALL THE TIME  Still hasn't changed 👍

First favourite car was the Subaru Impreza WRC that came on the Demo One version of Gran Turismo. At some point around the same time I became obsessed with Ferrari's (via F1) and Mini Coopers (Mr Bean possibly to blame for that one!!!!)

I'm serious. lol

My parents say I started liking cars after playing with a particular plastic school bus as a toddler, but the first real car I can remember liking a lot was my friend's mom's Honda Odyssey. I can't say I'm a minivan enthusiast anymore, but I still have a soft spot for these.

Hotwheels and Matchbox, really. Can't remember any specifics besides a Jaguar E-type in red.

Also was a Ferrari F50, my first bedroom wall supercar.

Id have to say either the Escudo in GT3, or the Loctite NSX from GT Concept, both cars were the only ones id ever use :')

For my first birthday, I got 2 wooden cars. One green, one red.

After that it all got a bit blurry with a massive motorsport obsession, but the obsession stuck, so that's good.

BMW 635CSi lead to a passion for BMWs, which lead to an interest in motorsport.

I've always had a passing interest in cars via my dad's work in the industry, earliest memory of which was being at a motor show when I was about 5.

I have no clue. I would say one of my father's cars, but I'm told I just loved cars out of the box. Early videos find me watching Nascar. Funny seeing 1 or 2 year old me sliding a TV remote around. Or at least trying to.
