Glad everyone's okay. Truly I am. Now NASCAR, can you stop looking at the track and start cleaning?

Sorry, hit quote instead of edit. Didn't lay attention sorry.

Just think, being the first prime time 500 and all, that this could be many people's very first impression of NASCAR!

News highlights tomorrow, mark my words....
Drivers are outside just walking around and talking to each other.

That's exactly what I'm afraid of.....

Yeah, track doesn't look good. But that's mainly NASCAR's fault.

And the announcers made it sound like he hit the truck and everything exploded. But he just hit it and HIS car exploded and then the jet fuel poured out like crazy and caught on fire that way. It was still a crazy crash, though.

Expect extreme over-reaction by talking heads that never seen a race tomorrow morning.

The tweeting from the car is an absolute joke and completely degrades the sport of motor racing. That will do nothing more than continue the stereotype that all they do is sit on their arse for 4 hours driving in a circle.

On a side note, apparently Mr. Blaney is the 5th most popular topic on twitter.

Prime time, they call it that... because it's most busy at this time I'm guessing?

You cant tweet during games in college sports

Im sure Penske will put a quick end to this

This is different I think. Do college sports fields usually burn? I don't watch but I didn't think that happened.

Carl Edwards and Bob Osborne are talking about Cheez It's and Ritz xD

Does Dale Jr look like a young Clint Eastwood to anyone else?

5 wide on the backstretch!

The Allison crash somewhere around 86 - 87 (?) IIRC - is the one that brought out the restrictor plates. These cars can go faster.

In fact - the history of this track holds a story about a 37 car crash in 1960.
No. I wasn't watching.

Looks like we are moving again?

The side by side was planned to happen with <50 laps/1 hour left in the race. No one planned on anything like this happening.
