I don't really get the fuss over FPS. I mean, playing on my PC I can barely notice the difference between 30 and 60 FPS and plenty of AAA titles are getting framelocked to 30 so I don't see the massive fuss over NFS having it. Sure, it's annoying considering Underground NFS games ran at 50 FPS on consoles, like every other game did at the time, but I just don't see the massive fuss over it.

If you want to see what real 30fps looks like turn off motion blur when you play Rivals on PC, motion blur is the only thing that makes it look acceptable. Without it you see real 30fps and it's choppy as hell, even with it on it looks nowhere near as good as 60fps. It also depends on how close you sit to the screen, the closer you are the worse it will look which is why we don't notice it as much on consoles since we usually sit further away.

Not sure what games you play but literally every other game on my PC runs at 60+ so when I play Rivals at 30 I notice it straight away and it looks terrible.

Seriously, only 5 cars? Even Most Wanted (2005) had more garage spaces than that.

Somehow I get a feeling that this has to do with the "5 ways to play" and the "5 interconnected stories"... maybe we can only have 1 car per character/ play category?

But yeah BP seems to be caught in "NFS15 can do no wrong" mentality atm, hell...EVEN TC9700Gaming sdoesn't seem to give a F word about manual transmission OR always online which blows my mind too, the amount of defense for the game so far is staggeringly unjustified.

These are YouTubers.

They care about one thing, money.

They don't give a damn about what the game is like, they just tell their audience what they want to hear to drive up the ratings.

You sure? When Theo made the CraigItUp part, I thought he was just making it up but instead this is an response to what people think about Rivals....

So Blackpanthaa broke the news out, there will be no manual transmission. Some other news, sound system in the cars can be upgraded and will affect the BGM in the game.

Sound system? I'm thinking it's the whole 'changing your exhaust also changes the car's sound' thing. It doesn't make sense to have those speaker upgrades or whatever in a game like NFS2015.

I think so, too. We've experienced our fair share of misinformation while we were waiting for GT5 and 6, so I wouldn't be surprised if this turned out to be false.

Why do I have this feeling that if the exotic cars are featured in this game, they aren't visually customizable. I could have sworn I've seen a video showing a Ferrari 458 Italia isn't customizable...

Than again. The ones back in NFS MW to TR were so ugly imo. :eew:

I would probably never customize any of the supercars. Although I can imagine 60% of players doing stuff like this:

This is exactly why, I was hoping that there was no supercars in the game. Not only it'd be stupid to even think of street racing a 500,000 car, they'd look absolutely out of the place next to a properly done E30 and every time you play online, which will be a lot in this game, people would ram you when driving that E30 at 300 kph in that 500,000 car, tuned very questionably for another 200,000. How wonderful.
