Yes, the blurry low resolution car with people standing in front of it in the background is clearly an R32. How do you not see it?

You can make out the headlight shape. And the turn signal is definitely R32, I can't think of another 'enthusiast' car with that turn signal shape.

How is it irrelevant if we're arguing whether or not it's possible. Not that it is what they've done. It's just something they could've done, and have.
We're talking about Morohoshi's car, not if there is a SV in the game.

You just said earlier if it was a GT3 being passed off as a Carrera, you could see the issue. That's exactly what will happen if the game passes off his car as such.

I'm pretty sure that's just a regular S13 Silvia.

That is still not a credible source, nor does that have anything to do with this game. Quit trying to convince this to everyone like it's some sort of conspiracy. You're finding every excuse to complain about this game but we're not even close to the release date nor have we seen everything that will be in the game. You can proceed to whine when we see some actually solid information but until then, you're just spewing the same speculative bull:censored:.

Do you see a Ferrari? Do you see a McLaren? No, you don't.

Neither is any of the stuff you've just said.

They didn't have that kind of headlight technology in the 80s.

U wot m8? I chat all the facts. Wound up yet? Lol.

No limits cars will be in NFS15 at some point.

Stuff I have said is.

Not trying to convince anyone of a conspiracy, just trying to alert people to not fall for the classic EA hype with every single damn game people fall for.

Not finding every excuse, I have in fact, if you bothered to read the thread, said plenty of good things, but yes, mostly bad because i don't approve of a lot of the decisions they made.

- Only night
- Few cars
- Only auto transmission
- No dyno or full scale tuning options
- From gameplay so far, very odd looking physics

However some stuff is done well, details, some of the sounds, some of the representations of the kits and body mods, the link with speedhunters which i hope expands more and the potential to really go nuts with the games cars.

I am still 40% yes 60% no but that could change with...changes.

This couldn't look any more like NFS MW 2012...oh, deary, me look at that terrible automatic transmission bull going on, look how tiny the gear ratios are. Not having audio really doesn't help but from look at this the physics still look...bleh, kinda looks like a mash up of The Run (which would make sense being on the same engine) and MW 12 which results in, IMO, this aweful looking lack of sense of speed gameplay.

Like...that mustang must of shifted up 3 GEAR before 40mph. What the actual fork? That's dumb. First gear can reach over 45 mph in a modern mustang, by 3rd you'd be going well over a 100mph.

My 40/60 has just gone 30/70 :(.

And about the evidence of the No Limits car list? Maybe the gear ratios were tuned to be shorter in that mustang.

I think it is obvious that you are displeased with what you have seen. But is it really necessary to point out everything you have been saying over and over again. We get that you think all no limits cars are going to be in nfs, but until we get solid proof your argument is futile. With that said could you please knock it off with all these complaints. I'm pretty sure we can agree that this thread is for general discussion of nfs, not pointless argument and complaints that just fill up space in the thread. Ok?

And what evidence and/or credible sources do you have to prove your claim? If you're gonna complain about something, at least have a valid reason.

None. But...EA man, they love linking there games together.

@JASON ROCKS

Who the F tunes a mustang to get to 40 by 3rd gear when you could tune it do 70 in FIRST gear? That's nuts.

@GT_Saint

Yes, it is. Because the more I see, the more I want to discuss. And the more I will talk about it.

I am allowed to complain, just like I am allowed to compliment, would you like some compliments? Here's some:

HOLY **** IF that's a MK1 golf, that would make me soooooooo happy!

The graphics are pretty, and the customization is looking better each time

As for the rest...well, I am open to being mind changed.

Looking at EA's track record, you have to admit, it's not absurd of a prediciton.

Think about it.

What is going to compete with Diablo top spec and top spec Porches? Not to mention top spec Skylines etc. There is going to be a "super" class, and it's going to have 200+mph racers in it which will, upset the balance to an extent. how are they gonna balance the Diablo when stock, it can go over 200MPH?

Proof btw so I'm not talking out of my arse.

So your "proof" is your idea that EA allegedly want every car from No Limits in 2015, which probably isn't true. And maybe it was a drag car. I don't know but I'm pretty sure the Mustang will have similar performance to the real thing. And remember, everything you see in the trailers and gameplay is still Work In Progress so it ain't finished yet. The performance of cars can still be tweaked to be more realistic.

You can't complain about anything when the game hasn't been released yet and you just making assumptions from trailers. And in the end I will bet you still purchase the game.

It's not my point.

My point is worrying concern for that automatic transmission. How the hell can you tune gears properly with an AT? You can't, this is what ruins so much of the game for me, a game that supposedly features a high level of customization and tuning is currently by the looks of it being warped by AT only option and questionable looking driving physics.

I want this game to be awesome, and parts of it are, but a lot, isn't for me.

It may be true that they are going to add super cars, as we have already seen the hurican, but most racing games will pit you against opponents of equal level. At the beginning of the game, you will be racing against lower spec cars (brz, 240etc) and by the end of the game you will be racing against the super cars, however the performance customization should be extensive enough to allow you to "max" your low spec cars to compete with the supercars.

Lots of complaining in this thread. No one will see how good this game will be until Nov. 3rd. I guarantee most of the ones complaining here will still pick up a copy. So no skin off EA's bones.

I CAN'T complain about anything that hasn't been released? Wut. Tell that to the Watch Dogs crowd, look how well that went down.

I have as much right to complain and criticise as much as anyone else, telling me I can't do that, is wrong, if i bother you that much there is a nice handy IGNORE button, consider using it? Lol.

Will I still buy it? More than likely. With Origins 24 hour refund policy I can get all I need to know from those hours with the game and return it back with no dent to my wallet.

*sigh* i think you are completely missing the point

The same way you'd do it with a manual.

Lol this will be good...

Care to explain in detail rather than just telling me something is?

You can't get the control over the engine you can with MT, so don't even try argueing that. I've drifted before with a customizaed MT setup and the control you have is next to perfect, trying to do it with an AT causes all sorts of problems, when you don't even a CLUTCH, how exactly do you propose to have complete, accurate control over the vehicle through the tune?

*sigh* i think you are completely missing the point

Which is what? I am allowed to say both good or bad things, just because I seem to be the only one of few actually wanting to have a civil discussion about what isn't right and why IMO doesn't make me the enemy. It's my OPINION. I don't deserve to be attacked for it.

With a 24 hour refund policy, ofc it's worth the buy to test at least before returning, that's what it is for after all!

Yeah there's no doubt that's an R32, as for the Golf someone else said it was a Mk1 Golf and it looks like one to me, very unique sharp angles on the front end.

I have to admit, that would make me rather happy if there is a MK1 Golf. Absolutely fantastic little car with so much history, those are the sorts of cars I would love to see an abundance of in NFS, proper, proper "cultured" cars!

Did you even pay attention the video? It's not shifting, It's bouncing off the rev limiter, you can tell because when it actually shifts the revs drop to 5k instead of 6k like when it accelerates @1:13. If you even cared to to a little research you'd know the Coyote's fuel cutoff it's at 7k RPM. (Source)

Page not found. Also, hmm, after a closer look i can see how that may be the case.

Like I said, no sound makes it's hard to see for 100% + I am tired.

Just makes me want a MT more and more.

GUYS! Calm down. Please, you know what's gonna happen if you guys continue arguing.

Perfectly calm :). I won't complain on the same stuff now (just new stuff lol) and will TRY to keep finding the good, like the potential MK1 Golf nom.

The idea here is that you need to keep your expectations low, I'm part of the crowd that **** up when watch_dogs came out ,i got burned by the crew a bit and i learned the tricks of the pr/hyped machine.

Looking at EA's track record, you have to admit, it's not absurd of a prediciton.

The producers have said that you can take one of the low level cars and tune to compete with one of the fast cars if you see the videos they have performance tuning aside from handling tuning..you don't know if there's a dyno or not.the super cars will provide the outlaw/hot pursuit portion of the game and based on what the developers are saying ventura bay has canyons and country roads, rolling hills so your super cars will be put the test there as well drift tuners.

It may be true that they are going to add super cars, as we have already seen the hurican, but most racing games will pit you against opponents of equal level. Right on bro that's what they have being saying on previews...ill keep my expectations low and I'm looking forward to more information on this game and I'm glad need for speed is back whether is underground or classic is back and there's just something about need for speed that makes it fun and thrilling than the other arcade racers.
