I swear if a single Civic is introduced:

As far as I'm concerned, there will be an army of them swarming the virtual streets (if it happens).

Haha it doesn't matter what cars they put in the game people will still "rice" them with huge wings etc

Love them or hate them they are a big part of the car culture, I doubt they will make it in though as the front wheel drive layout won't suit the drift physics.

I know that they are the must rice car. The Civics just don't appeal to me at all, and I was just making a stereotypical joke to go along with it.

I don't mean to police this, but let's not bring a dumb GT drift forum argument here. So tired of it.

But, otherwise, the confirmed car list ain't too shabby. A little impressed but still looking for more.

How exactly? Ripping the handbrake and sliding into a corner is not drifting...

Random thought but maybe the game could have drivetrain swaps that would be important for cars particularly in the FF category for those wanting to drift. Possible in real life to give a civic a RWD drivetrain *which can also work on any car as well* as seen in this video.

1. The handbrake isn't always used.
2. If the car is sliding intentionally and it's controlled, it's still drifting.

I guess technically you could call it that, but once you wipe off speed you aren't going to be able to maintain momentum as applying power will just cause understeer. You need power to the rear wheels to maintain the angle and power through the corner.

And BlackPanthaa would lead their crew! :D

Honestly if I was given a Civic, I would tune it properly a la...

What does it matter if a Fwd car can drift or not. Its not Need for Speed Tokyo Drift,it's a general car game. Would be sad if they exclude them.

Yeah they could make it so you can only tune them to be a grip setup, but I'm fairly sure they said every car in the game can go both ways so I doubt it will happen.

Exactly, NFS 2015 isn't going to be a Drifting Simulator. Why is everyone so concerned about FF cars being in NFS 2015 if the game is going to be about car tuning culture and all of those stuff. Just because the game is going to have drifting events doesn't mean they should not add FF cars to the game. Although drive train swaps would be appreciated.

If anything it wouldn't be encouraged to bring an FF car to a drift attack or whatever of the sort, just like it isn't encouraged to do so in a grip car.

If the NSX is really in, then my chances of getting the game automatically increased by 50%.

ROCKET BUNNY NSX FTW !!!!!

For real dude! i want this car to be in the game.

Don't forget about the negative cambers. We are going to see cars neon pink with pink rims and the most outrageous cambers.i like cambers when its done right.

I know that they are the must rice car. The Civics just don't appeal to me at all, and I was just making a stereotypical joke to go along with it.

As for civics on this game, lets try to tune a 90's Civic Si with either a rocket bunny kit or liberty walk, add some in between positive/negative camber and the car can look easily like your typical BRZ rocket bunny, just my opinion i can kind of picture it. :)

Same here I'm looking for more. this week they just confirmed everything we spot on the trailer except the trueno. The game already has my favorite car in it and will play a big role so honestly I'm gonna go for the outlaw career.i can also see an aventador being added to this game and maybe a ferrari,mclaren..ect. I'm planning to buy this game ,I'm deciding on the pre-order tho.

Some interesting information in this video:

  • The map is split into six districts and what we've seen so far is about half the size of this particular district.
  • More news on customization and performance upgrades in September.

I am 100% happy with what the customization offers from a visual standpoint, and now I want to know what I can do "under the hood"... I can't wait.

Yeah I could see the customization is sort of an improvement from what we've also seen back in Underground 2 as there's a bit of more in depth visual customization. I'm afraid their going to remove a few things and make the customization look more modern but still the parts are looking pretty kickass right now.

Interesting indeed, there's been some mixed messages about the map size with lots of people saying it's twice the size of the Rivals map but the official word was that it actually just has "twice the drivable roads" of the Rivals map. So that means the actual total map size will be a lot smaller.

We haven't even seen what the whole map looks like yet. It'll probably be a lot bigger when it's released. *Please do correct me if I'm wrong if the whole map has been shown before.*
