i have a questions does anyone have or seen pictures of modified cars or pictures of the city based on san fransisco
Actually, there's been many pictures on San Fierro (based on San Fransisco), along with Las Venturas (based on Las Vegas). The only place we haven't seen yet is the desert. Also, that pic you posted above is the only pic of evidence of Car Modding we've seen so far.
Also, Fuel would be awesome. I've been asking for that (along with Blake) since GTA III. Kids would be going too far, but I don't see the harm in 13+ Teenagers. Animals would be fine, as long as they're not domestic.

I'm looking forward to the PC release too. The modding scene is going to have SO much to work with with this game. It's gonna be awesome.
Actually, I think there will be less large scale mods as there is alot in this game. The only mods you'll see are different modding parts and alot of smaller scale stuff (at least I think so). But who knows what this exciting game will bring!
GTAGaming.com: About the delay and Australia:
We've received some feedback about the AU Release date being "wrong" (despite it's source) and as an Australian myself I'm also having trouble believing it has any chance of arriving here then. Those of you who waited for Vice City to arrive here will know what I mean. That date just kept getting pushed back further and further...
However I'm making this post to introduce something to the Australians out there who didn't know about it. In 2002, Vice City arrived significantly earlier in New Zealand than it did in Australia, it also remained 'Uncut' unlike the AU version. More importantly, the NZ copy of the game is playable on AU consoles without a modchip.
Naturally that was the version I bought instead of waiting another entire month for the AU version. With all this said, I've assumed the same will happen with San Andreas and have preordered my copy from
GPStore.co.nz. Maybe things will be a little more organized this time, but even then I can bet the AU version will have something removed - which I believe to be the reason Vice City's release was delayed here.
