I hope there are some day-one patch shenanigans going on here.
If some of the cut tracks don't show up there, T10 has some 'splaining to do.
Interesting read, but lacking in some basic areas, Hey Dan, how many tracks and how many cars are planned for this installment, we really would like to know. I finally drove the Nurb enough to breathe while I'm on it, and now I have to wait for it.Lawd help me!

Dan Greenawalt already has. The explanation is that a lot of the tracks are either wrong, have changed a lot since they were first introduced to the series, or they would not meet the next-gen standards that Turn-10 has. For all of the real world tracks, Turn-10 wants to go back and laser scan them before they can go back into Forza. So when we eventually get the Nurburgring again, at least it will be 100% accurate.
Did you actually read the article, or just the headline? Because this is clearly spelled out in the article.
Weird cause I'd rather have 16 brand spanking newly digitised tracks and the old ports from FM4.Understandable really, I'd rather have 16 brand spanking newly digitised track than a port from FM4

No tsukuba, mugello, suzuka, hockenheim, nurb+others.
Of course I did but GT6 isn't going to cost me $600+I suppose you saw nothing wrong with GT6's car list then
I feel bad for the drifters and dragsters. Not ONE single track for them to enjoy. That's not even fair, now everyone is stuck only racing on GT tracks... Yeah theres that Alps track, but that's no better than Tsukuba and others that were cut.Weird cause I'd rather have 16 brand spanking newly digitised tracks and the old ports from FM4.

Now I wish FM5 kept FM4/FH cars as standards just like many other forza players.
That's a pretty expensive game, me I'm just buying Forza for the Xbox One not the Xbox One for Forza
Where has this been confirmed? This is obviously a rush job. It will be fun as a diversion but a little disappointed, especially at the loss permanently of multiple screens.![]()

Good, maple valley was terrible
I love Maple Valley, was so colourful and fun.Maple Valley has been in the drift history of Forza. Those flowing corners... WHY? WHY? So many memories of that track.

I know thatIt hasn't. He comes back with this every few days. He has no source, he's speculating.
FM5 may or may not have triple screen support.
If you admit you don't know, why do you keep telling people it won't?It won't unfortunately.
I hope you can all point and laugh at me in a couple weeks, but I'm not optimistic.

I'm not downplaying a 3-screen setup. I'll have one once I have the space for a rig.Because I do know. Just the eternal optomist in me tries to wish it wasnt.
As far as not a lot of people caring about it? Not a lot of people care about using a steering wheel vs. A controller, but they spent a lot of money developing that.
You don't take away features, you just don't. Especially features that make the game so much better. It's obvious that none of you have experienced a great three projector session of Forza, GT5, or PC racing, because going back to a single narrow image is like playing with horse blinders on.

No it wasn't. It was also the best track to race your F to B class cars in as well, which I could never get over.To drift around it was ok, I can think of better tracks, but it was terrible to race around
