Considering it's pretty poor at the racing part of the game, it's more of a driving game than a racing game. Trading is a part of the game, it's how many people get rare cars, although I personally think the X1/X2010 shouldn't be allowed to be traded, most of the people that own one (outside of this forum) haven't earnt it and don't know how to drive it.

Trading is not part of the game at all! Where does it say that? Where does it say trade cars? You can gift cars that's it. Fair enough we like to get rare cars but they come in the long run anyway.

The biggest fuss I've seen on here since GT5 launched is about something which isn't even an integral part of the game. Just get on with it. You're lucky there's even a gift option. I'd take that out too if I was PD.

They need a storefront like Forza. Put a forced value on X1 and give servers to option to exclude and allow only certain cars.

Everycar you can possibly need in in everyone's game. I see not much difference between duping and trading if I'm honest. At the end of the day it's a shortcut to getting what you want. Cheats! ha!

1 car/system/day is ridiculous the more i read about this patch the more i am not ****in gonna play it till they fix it (hmmm that makes no sense) well if they are gonna do that then they might as well give you the option to delete ur PSN id since i will never be online anymore with this game. PD really just ended the chances of anyone else buying this game now.

I like Pokémon, but I don't think it belongs in a Racing game.

I sort of view GT5 as a Pokemon game for car people. I am definitely on a mission to catch them all. While most of my cars I have purchased myself I do admit I don't mind trading. I think it's a very nice feature to have and maybe it needs an overhaul or something but capping at 1,000,000 is a little crazy. Maybe a 7,000,000 cap would be more understandable.
