watsup guys. im Hostile. Real name is Alex. I live in New Jersey and i recently started playing gt4 again. i used to drift with AIDS on but now im trying without them.
 
HEy i just registered and have been looking on this site for a long time using the drift settings from the settings depot THX SHERON!!!:) my best drifting car is probably my honda s2000 04' with boundarylayer's settup, i looked up how to drift on gran turismo 4 because i have been craving to do something i have always wanted to.👍 THANKS ALL THE PEOPLE THAT MADE THE DRIFT SETTINGS!!! ILL BE SURE TO MAKE A FEW MYSELF

-but drifting using gamepad is quite hard........currently favour in my Subaru Legacy Wagon/Toyota Chaser/Evo 6...and off course all time favourite AE86 :D
 
hi ya'll im reiz from malaysia. i'm used to play gt and gt2, and started seriously tuning and tweaking in gt3 a couple of years back. Those days, used to drift in Tahiti maze using the lancer evo 7 rally car (i guess all of u guys know how to nail drifts there >.<). I got myself gt4 a couple of weeks back (i know kinda late), and also a driving force ex. at first, i kinda find it difficult to start a drift in gt4, but when i got myself a 1.8 miata, after turning off asm and tcs, it started drifting.. pretty cool ;p

Not meaning to be rude, but if a moderator sees that, they wont be happy. I'd fix up the use of shorthand. Proper English is preferred around here.
 
Well I've been playing GT series for some time now but never thought to try out the drifting till today. I'm not all that great but I'm trying. Right now I'm using a 2004 Honda S2000 With 300HP, No suspension or Transmission nor LDS mods to lol. Just trying to get the basics of it down. Also Does anyone know how to conver the Replays on the Memory card to a movie format? I don't have a video camera so its out of the question so to speak

Straight from the Drift Vaults
 
As long you have the Yellow, White, and Red cables. You should be fine. Though the one I have is from Pinnacle that requires them.

Ok I know that, But let me add more details to my question. And I'm sorry if this is a little off topic but I just want some feed back from my drift vids. But I have the replays on my computer using AR max, how do i convert them?

I don't think that you can. With probably enough search and with the right words. You can post the answer in the forum for Hybrids and Gamesharks
 
New?!...Brand Spankin' to console <PS>. I remember buying my son cordless gear Years ago, I think 99' ish & shaking my head :crazy:! I soon discovered a Live online PC ADDICTION soon after. There may be an order of progression, But after the 1st exhaust, (cheapest) @ stage 2 turbo; consistent wins!💡 By now, i got it BAAAD. started w/ 267HP@6000 &307.3lbsft@2500rpm. now @930HP@6100@5916.5lbsft@6100rpm. Friggin Beast! Part by Part learned to keep it off the walls. :tup:Took a while to figure out when & how brake tap downshift; & CONTROL that Buggar! BUT!! W/ Sunday Cups & events I could make 21,5k in roughly 15 mins. Bought the LM GTO Like Night & DAY! researching; I found GT sites & info; & it hit me!!!:banghead: (again!) I got alot of XP w/ GT1 (inna short time).
Took Bad PS2, Xbox swapped it for Slim PS2 @ GT4 on the 9th. Got B license & I need A-10 & 16 left for my A. NOT askin' HOW.......I'll get it, No worries. just looking for drifters/players race online regularly 👍 (once I get all my licenses):rolleyes: Been w/ Sony online for 6 yrs. (S.O.E.) IRONIC I'm now playing SONY games! Gotta LONG way to GO! My Online, & In ALL games Name= Midnoctus. C-YA!

Hey i'm a new drifter to this website i've been drifting on gt4 for about 3 months mainly in my Toyota Sprinter Trueno GT Apex (AE86) '83 and its made me actually put real money into my savings to actually save up and buy one its like my dream car.
 
Welcome to GTP guys. Sorry for the late reply, but I've been a bit busy as of late. You'll find all the info you need regarding drifting settings/techniques/etc... big regards for this website, i'm from italy and i start drifting about one month ago when i bought a driving force GT, it totally "change" the game, GT4 now is a real driving experience and make the drifting more more funny! i will try to post some photos in the right thread.. hi all!!
