Anyone else think the Titans are a little to committed to this throwback thing. Just because you are dressed like the Oilers doesn't mean you have to play like them.

The Steelers won and the rest of the AFC North lost, nice.

Ah, look who's back? :D

Yeah, what a heartbreaker. Our kicker can't make a 44-yarder when it counts. Now all I'm going to hear for the next two weeks is about how we should have signed Matt Stover. And honestly, I agree.

UGH LOSING SUCKS

This isn't college football, but I'd have to give OWNAGE OF THE WEEK to the New England Patriots beating the Tennessee Titans 59-0. I mean... 59-0 is the University of Houston beating Texas Southern. That was BAD. My mom loved it, though. Loved seeing the Titans epically fail. Wouldn't be surprised to see a few "epic fail" images to describe the Tennessee Titans getting hammered at New England.

Hell, I'm surprised the Patriots didn't score any more in the 4th Quarter. I mean, hardly anybody gets beat THIS bad. Good news for me is that this just helps my Texans out more in the AFC South, but Lord knows Indy is a lock to win the AFC South. I think this is a great chance for the Texans to compete and perhaps compete for the AFC Wild Card. When you're playing good and almost everyone else is doing poorly, that's your cue to make some noise and capitalize on others' woes. Tennessee is surprisingly failing this season while the Jaguars are... doing pretty good. My Texans just played an almost complete game. "Houston Texans: Inside the Game" here in Houston called this game as a "59-minute game." Every game where we play very well, I want the Texans to keep playing that way, even in losing efforts. And again, San Francisco comes to Reliant Stadium next week with Michael Crabtree getting his first NFL start.

Monday night... Broncos at Chargers.

And I picked the Titans in the Pick-Em thread because I thought they'd be able to turn it around. Oh well, wishful thinking. I always want the Pats to lose.

Did you guys see the Raiders' new special teams talent?

CONTAIN PIGEON!

Broncos at Chargers tonight in a crucial AFC West tilt! Who you have winning tonight's match in San Diego?

Last year, in the first six games of the season, Tennessee allowed seven touchdowns.

Yesterday, in a 36-minute span against New England, Tennessee allowed eight touchdowns.

Just read that in Peter King's column today. Wow...if that isn't inept I don't know what is, I'm glad I'm not a Titans fan right now.

So who's in worse shape: the Redskins or the Titans?

I say Redskins, but only because they have chronic, deep problems in their organization. How did they get two wins again?

The Bills have a horrible rush defense but they did pull one out vs. the Jets yesterday. I don't see them making the playoffs or anything, but there are several teams that are worse than them.

For starters:
Oakland
St. Louis
Cleveland
Detroit
Kansas City
Tampa Bay
Washington

I would argue Carolina as well, Jake Delhomme is looking like a shell of his former self.

The Titans have Haynesworthitis.

Have not been contributing over here so far this season. But I must say, the picture is a lot different than it was 3 weeks ago.

My bold predication for the balance of the season - The Rams will be the second 0-16 team in NFL history. Winless teams in back to back seasons..........

Secondly, we're flying to Pittsburgh next weekend, to see Vikings at Steelers. We bought the tickets the day before Minnesota signed Favre. Talk about dumb luck. :dopey:

Anyhow, will be back to say more as the season progresses, and the games start to matter more and more.

BTW, nice game between Denver and SD tonight. 👍

Good ticket score. I've lived here 23 years now and the best I have gotten is pre season tickets. Easily the toughest tickets in town to book, even after everybody has hopped on the Pens bandwagon.

Are you a displaced Pittsburgher or just an out of town fan?

Looks like the Dolphins might have a shot at getting Bowe from KC or Steve Smith from Carolina. I guess we'll find out in a couple hours. I hope we don't give up too many picks or players for these guys.

Bowe is worth it, he is crazy talented and still very young. Steve Smith is still good, but he's getting up there in the years.

NO SHUT UP WE'RE GETTING BOWE DAMMIT

I can only hope

Winless: Tennessee Titans (0-6), Tampa Bay Buccaneers (0-6), and St. Louis Rams (0-6)

We should know who all are for real when we get to at least November. Good luck to all 32 teams the rest of the season.

Ok ok….I’m ready to give in and jump on the Bronco bus. The preseason predictions had us soooo bad and I was of the same opinion. This run has gone long enough that I believe we really do have a good team and while I will not expect a win every week, I do expect them to be very competitive every Sunday.

Out of town fan. And had to pay a hefty premium on StubHub.

But a good use of vacation time, and if you compare it to other things I could spend comparable money on, well worth it. 👍

Cool, it should be a good time. The weather looks like it'll be crappy but that's just fall in western Pa.

Send me a PM if you need any suggestions on things to do in Pittsburgh.

My Texans are now 4-3 by beating San Francisco 24-21. Up next... two road games. At Buffalo next Sunday, then (gulp) at Indianapolis the Sunday after.

Well, we lost as expected.

Also, last week the Titans got killed this week it's the Bears turn. Looks like it will come down to the Vikes and Packers for the NFC North.

Damn it, damn it, DAMN IT. Gibril Wilson is SUCH a scrub. Ted Ginn is also a COMPLETE loser. I can't believe this game.

At least you will beat me in FF unless Manning & Nicks have a big games against the Cards.

This sums up the Dolphins game:
