Nissan has a good track record of turning concept cars into production models: The Qazana turned into the Juke, Invitation into Note, the Sway into the Micra, The Sports Sedan Concept turned into the current Maxima and so on.

Basically if it is a concept car which isn't sporty, it's going to be produced.

They already have a hard time keeping the Maxima alive, anything larger wouldn't work IMO.
