For now, I don't think I will be drifting unless the parts are together. I wanna rebuild and mod completely. Though my current mods that I have in mind are:
Engine:
Rebuilt KA24e

Suspension:
Racelands
Isis parts

Goal for now:
Fix everything that is broken and improve suspension.

It's a drift forum for sure but they show from A to Z the entire rebuild, explain all issues and how they solved it.
The only difference is that you will not have a weld diff if we simplify.

Dont even think about Racelands. Worst coilovers you can buy. They use the same internal technology as a hood stut. Save for something better, it's worth every penny.

He drives like an old lady. Totally enough for him 👍

200 dollars more for godspeed coilovers etc. I won't be doing much racing either way. I will still look into reviews and such.

Do not get Godspeed, From personal experince not worth the money and are crap. I had them when I bought my second 240. You're better off getting the Emusa Coilovers from eBay. I've had them for almost 2 years now and have had no problems what so ever except for the rear one seizing a bit because of the harsh winter from last year but I could still lower the rear very low. Just make sure you get the fully adjustable ones.

I've been to the Emusa, as its in Indiana in Gary ( its where it gets distributed). Its a big place and has a lot of parts. I don't trust them enough with Suspension parts but with intercooler and coilovers they're really good for the price.

I really suggest them unless u have a budget over 900 dollars then I would get stance or fortune autos.

Someone recommended Megan coilovers if my price range was over 700.

Its all about your personal preference. Just ride in 240's with different coils and see how it feels. If you really want to get something on a low budget though. I really suggest Emusa. JUST DONT GET GODSPEED >=(.

I will look into it. A friend of mine had a set of Godspeed coilovers and he was bouncing everywhere. I just hate it that there isn't reviews about suspension parts.

There are some arguments and some success stories.

I wouldn't bother with anything less than BC if you're after budget gear, personally I'd put in the extra and get some teins - ride nicely while also giving the adjustability and presumably lowering that you're after relatively inexpensively.

After this talk, the racelands or any seems too good. I always thought it was better than replacing shocks and getting lowering springs.
