I have a tune for non-SRF BMW tii if you care to have a look at:) This is still an early tune, I spent only an hour and had set my then best time on first day but I haven't come back to it yet so I might further fine tune it.

edit: Something's not right with this car, I may had changed the oil. I just sold it and repurchased the same car and now am re-building it from scratch...

You must have read my mind. :sly:
I am sure it'll fit my style (old'n slo) better than the tune I first used.
I'll give this a shot later tonight with TH8 RS on my GTP_ account too. :)

UPDATE:

Thanks JujiroMatsuda, I owe you another one.

Managed to get gold with no aids/0 ABS/clutch & manual trans. (TH8 RS) using my GTP account.
To tell you the truth, I didn't think I could get gold with the clutch, squeaked out a 1:35:416.

Thanks again, used your tune to take some more time off with the paddles too. 👍

I'll be way for about three weeks, so if I haven't responded to any friends requests, it's because I'm, uh... away for three weeks. It's not because I hate you, unless you beat my times... like some of these guys. Then I'll hate you... like some of these guys. I just want to grab them... and choke them. SLOW DOWN!! GAWD!!

Have a good trip wherever your headed, and I hope enjoy yourself. :)

Thank you. I'll be taking a plane that may or may not disappear from a place that just had a series of earthquakes to stop in a country that has been exchanging artillery fire with its neighbor. When I finally get to where I'm going, I'll arrive when one leg of the GT Academy event ends -- and leave before it starts back up again -- to particpate in festivities that saw 321 dead and 3,040 injured in 2,828 accidents over the course of seven days in 2013. I'm psyched.

👍

Jeez, where the hell are you going to? I knew your PSN name was deceiving, I knew you're anyone but! By the sounds of things we may not see you again, well it was good racing with you, it was an honor.lol

For me you are one of best tuners in this game m8 !!!

Congratulations mate:cheers:, I changed that setup quite drastically now.lol I simply could not drive it, couldn't get anywhere near my own ghost:indiff: Since I driven that FXX it seemed have broken my morale, plus having driven that very stable 4WD Subaru I now can't seem to handle a tail happy car.lol

I used a revised version of BMW setup and managed to shave off about a tenth off my best time so I use that for FITT. I figured if "off-form" me could drive it then anyone can:p

Nice, I 've tried your setup its impressive thank you.

My DS3 has been retired. I'm now using a G27. (no aids, ABS 1).

I'm 1 to 1.5 seconds away from my DS3 PB's with the Impreza and the BMW. I don't think I will catch my DS3 ghosts anytime soon!

Not had a go with the FXX yet! lol!

Lots of practice required! I won't be going back to DS3 whatever happens! The wheel is too much fun!

Takes a while to make the transition, but in the end I think you will find it more enjoyable. :)
At least I do.

I haven't gotten around to the FXX yet either, I think I'll need a left foot brake tune. :sly:

I absolutely cannot fathom going as fast as you DS3 guys without the trusty ol wheel. Props to those of you who do/have.

On another note, every night, right as I have to shut GT6 off and go to bed, I find new time on Monza. I am excited to see how much time we can all take off that lap.

AND...I love this group! It's fantastic having an army of talented blue lines to chase!

I've set a time with the DS3 for the FXX already, so I knew what to expect. I have managed to achieve a gold time with the wheel.

I'm already finding it more enjoyable, no going back!

You're going to be so incredibly fast when you get used to that wheel!

Just to say that you all have my biggest respect for being non SRF drivers :) Feel free to add me at PSN! My nick is Xtriko and if you add me, just type "non SRF" at the friend request :) let's make it really real :) you guys rock! from wheel to DS3! Biggest respect from Portugal :D

Actually, remove me from the list, I wasn't really serious about being in a no SRF group anyway.

And I never would accept any PSN FRs (and removed any existing ones) anyway, so don't send me any.

This is great. I now have a lot of new friends and time trialling is already much more fun. Thanks again, Zulu, for keeping the list updated.

Also great to see new people still joining. Lots of available slots left in my friends list. 👍

I just went through the thread again and picked up another 10 names, I'll add next time I turn on the PS3. In the process I stumbled about this edit from GTP_DeathStar. Looks like he would like to get of the list too. ;)
Please stop sending me non-SRF requests.

EDIT: Spelling. :O

Congrats on the wheel, that is great to hear. It's definitely a worth while addition for people who are really into this, the force feedback really ups the whole experience.

I've seen a lot of people make the switch over to a wheel. It may seem tough to match your DS3 times now, but you will be faster when you are fully used to it.
