Has anyone found it a little odd that they release the video for the NSX Concept then a day later announce DLC??? Maybe its another thank you car if you buy all 3 DLC packs or could just be for show? Any thoughts?

Perhaps. We'll see when we get patch notes and know what is happening with the car. It could even be dlc in the future. Which is most likely.

I dunno because they did it with the FT-86 II Concept

I'm guessing that PD first need to replicate the SH-AWD system within GT5 before adding the NSX. Looking at the patch notes for 2.03, it looks like they're starting to fix some issues with the electric/hybrid cars, which affects the NSX.

I suppose your right. Just found it interesting really especially when the NSX is featured on the new SSRX0

As you can see from the video, it only shows the exterior, and on the expo it have the interiors, so I guesss PD havent finished modeling it...

And as VTiRoj stated.. they could be improving the electric perfomance, specs, etc...

You didn't know?
PD is going to release some of what they consider "hot items" in every DLC pack, getting more people to buy every single pack.
Each pack will contain some "hot items", along with some "not so hot items".

To balance the force, and make sure they can sell everything. Some might call it a dirty tactic.

Some actually look forward to the not so hot...

You could look at it another way, the timeframe between the FT-86 II Concept video release and us getting the car was xx months. We've probably got that long to wait for the NSX?
