Wow, Stoke 0-0 Chelsea?

Even though they were away from home I was expecting Chelsea to hammer Stoke.

Whatever, lets hope United don't have a good game against West Brom, have a nice bout of bad form going into the Spurs match.:sly:

Poor QPR. They got their arses blown away by Bolton :( At least Norwich did OK, but they were against Wigan so I can't say much. :indiff: Wondering what Swansea can do against Man City now.

Yay for Man U beating West Brom. Granted though they kinda got given the game. :indiff:

Man Utd seem to have a way of just winning all the time, when sometimes seemingly not deserving it. Very sad that Liverpool only drew yesterday, but reconciled by Arsenal and Chelsea also drawing.

I think Tottenham will force a good performance out of United, hopefully....

Sorry for the double post, but I just had too:

Gervinho
facepalm.gif

Definitely agree that Gervinho shouldn't have 'love tapped' Barton but Barton should have been ejected as well. He better get some match bans for his loss in temper. I mean picking up a player like he did in retaliation and provoking Gervinho to act... stupid... and this is why Barton can NOT be on England's national squad.

Fabregas drama is finally over and I hope he rots on Barca's bench. Hopefully Arsenal steps up and shines. I'm sure more signings are bound to happen now that they're getting money for him. Let's see about Nasri now.

Chelsea tieing 0-0 was a shock to me. Didn't see the match but I seriously hope AVB gets the team going. Read that Torres played very good though

Although I would have predicted chelsea to beat stoke it must be said that the britannia stadium and The Hawthorns (West Brom stadium) are both fortresses for the home sides and are difficult for opposing teams to come away with a result.

If I were a chelsea fan id be happy with a draw away to stoke although id like to have seen a goal from either side.

Looks like a missed a heckload of goals yesterday.

Watched the first half of Man City-Swansea on live text, and Swansea held it to 0-0. Don't look at it for the rest of the game, and I found out they've lost 4-0. So not good starts at all for QPR or Swansea, and an OK one for Norwich...meh. :irked:

You can consider the main new team follower of this thread by the way guys :D oh and Manchester United fan of course. :D

Hey guys i have been moving out so I barely had time for GTP .Mike and any Arsenal fan outhere if they haven't already I reccomend reading le-grove.co.uk latest blog which claims that astonighingly Arsenal have spent the least amount of money compared to any Premier league club .Arsene Spend some 🤬 Money

It's been a character trait we've had since the Premiership started and we've won a good few of our trophies because we've nicked a result when we've not always deserved it. That's the great thing about United under Ferguson, we're capable of playing really well as are Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool, Tottenham and City who are all top 4 candidates, but we seem to be able to grind out a result when we're not playing well or when teams sit back and we can't break through. Chelsea we're able to do that as well under Mourinho bu they seem less able to at the moment. We'll have to soo how they fair under Andre.

I thought we (West Brom) played well today against Chelsea, gave them a good game. Lets hope Roy cqan keep us up again.

So Tottenham finally start their premier league campaign tomorrow and the first 6 games have the other 4 of the top 5, United, City, Wolves, Liverpool, Wigan and Arsenal.

Come on Tottenham!!!!

There are no words do describe how bad that was and how 🤬 off I am. I'm worried about Wenger now too.

Never been happier to be a United fan...Alright they havent got their full strength team but it's still Arsenal...8-2 !!!!

NOOOOOOOOOO.:ouch:

5-1.:(

Well at least Arsenal lost 8-2, some consolation. Bring on Wolves, or whoever is next.

For arsenal, I believe we will get at least six points from our first three games against newcastle (win), Liverpool (likely win) and manchester united(perhaps a draw, although a loss is not out of the equation). And we have Vermalen and van persie injury free:eek. Just hope we dont lose Nasri and van persie in the next few weeks.

Wow... Terrible start!

Man U is in some impressive form right now! Did NOT expect a 5-0 thrashing to Bolton!

I wanted to watch Chelsea play, cuz Raul Meireles played the whole game (1st game as a blue) and had an assist. I love this guy, no homo. :dopey:

Manchester United are at the top of their game at the moment making the game at Bolton (who started the season well) seem like a training exercise. Could have been many more so happy to see chicharito back :)
