Slice, I wasn't sure if I ran into you because I didn't hit you... all of a sudden you were braking and then you were accelerating like you were rammed at 150mphs...

I pulled off just incase it was lag... but just letting you know on my end, I didn't hit you.

lol I have no idea what happened, it felt you forgot to brake and hit me from behind at 300km/hr! I figured it must be lag or somethin..

The F430 pulls hard but it seems that there is a lot of oversteer... maybe more negative camber, and toe in the rear....
 
I learned 3 things in that race:

1) Standing starts suck with no TC
2) I suck at drifting
3) Bavman and I enjoy goofing around when we're behind
 
Sorry Earth for a couple of nudges on that last race.. I might have accidentally been one of the people who hit you at datona as well, some guy punted me and I was following right behind you and couldn't avoid contact... I was also wondering, is that getting disconnected thing the host bailing or is it just my internet? Because its quite bothersome to say the very least!

Also, how can you tell who is host?

Yeah the problem is that I'm still using the same setup i had with TC, and I enjoy quite a bit of oversteer. You're right though, I should readjust it. Could the elise even stay in my draft on the straight?
 
Well this just isn't working for me tonight guys.
I keep getting a can not connect to host message & when I do get in a race I get bounced around by "The Others" & that knocks me in to some of you then the damn host disconnects!!! :ouch:

I'll be back on after Midnight (Central), look for me at Suzuka, Fuji & Daytona road.

I'm a night owl & I'll be off all next month, maybe I'll start an online racing after midnight thread.
 
I thin kI will join yo uguys, I only have one win and 2 top 5s for the night...horrible stuff.
Each track has had one particular person that keeps taking me out, and each of those guys have been driving a GTR like me....I may switch and just have fun soon.

Dont really like High speed ring or the oval anyway.
 
I think most of the stupid drivers will be gone once GTA4 comes out next week. I'm going to hit up the gym. I'll join up whenever I'm back. Probably wont make suzuka :(

It was a white tuned z06 "unimental". Not sure who it is but I know they are from GTP.

Not an issue... I can be fairly certain that if I get bumped by someone with a GTP tag in one of those deals it wasn't intentional. But (LOL) don't take advantage of that, folks. :sly:
 
Riding a little close there jmcn R? sorry, but i couldn't help but lmao when you went into the wall on the first corner of lap 2 :) funny stuff.
 
Hope to see some GTP members online tonight on the Suzuka 700pp event.

I haven't seen a single GTP'er in the last thre main launches, you guys running behind? maybe you should nix a race if you guys are getting out at 10:01 or something, LOL.
 
im at suzuka now with the359, majormilou and GTP_HAAS599

you know if i had a dollar for everytime these cars spun around without good reason id be a rich man
 
Wow that last race was the first really good battle I have over 3 laps! Awesome battle with the359, unfortunately RacerXO you slightly ran into me by trying to pass in an "improbable" location lol so I lost a few seconds, but I re-passed him before the end. :)

It's nice when Unimental is hosting, we know our efforts won't be ruined by some retard who disconnects!!!
 
finnaly a race where i didnt get taken out by someone coming back on track or being hit by some noob. was a good race first top 5 finish of the night
 
Ugh, sorry guys, but this whole "under pp'ing" thing is starting to get on my nerves. having to constantly start at the back of 16 racers means I never see anyone actually racing.

Just aiming tio have a bit of fun now. Came back for Daytona road here with a few other guys from GTP. Pulled out a Viper now.

Sounds like Suzuka is the main event though

Three great races in a row for me, although I misjudged the first high-speed right-hander (two cars blocking the view in front) after the esses and got the short-cut penalty. Made for fun catch-up, though!

Lots of crazy wrecks this evening, two of which had a car un-ghost right as I was driving through it. BANG.

For some reason I get host duties in nearly every race I run, which increases my enjoyment of the GT5P online experience greatly. I'm glad it helps fellow GTP'ers out, too. However, that means you'll have to deal with my Tuned Vette on the track for three laps as well. ;)
