Don't worry mate, the new year marks the new dawn..........GME is launched Jan 1 with it's 20 car launch. The final cars are being done now for the retro race section. :cool: I showed RJ a little sample of what was coming up from a youtube vid, needless to say, my replica of it is just as fun and fast. :sly:

Completed Kurei's judging. Just for a pointer Kurei, that car was fun to drive, and that's coming from a DS2 user. 👍

Sorry mate, rereading it while sober it's a bit harsh. Also, despite the quote, it was not directed at an individual (especially not directed at you and the other organisers). I'm getting immensely frustrated because I don't have time to do the judging (which I promised to do IIRC) along with PhD work, and am going on a 2 week holiday tomorrow. I'll try to do FWD tonight, but really can't promise anything.

My good mate/driver Mr Lawrence is looking after the house and will do some driving. Would you accept him judging despite the fact he doesn't have a gtp account?

Once again, sorry if I caused anyone offence, especially RJ, to whom I'll PM a gift to apologise. Oh yeah, and for the profanity.

Nearly a year inbetween some of the other cars, tunes and other things I've wanted and had to do offline. It was supposed to be launched in October when my birthday arrived but then my whole home situation changed. That's all relaxed so I'm actually writing it up on MS Word right now with the rest of the cars, then doing a copy paste over for a quick creation of the whole garage. 2 of them are already up as part of TCv4, the Megane & the Hilux, both of them setup as part of my 'factory' division, focusing solely on replicating the factory specs of cars that never made it onto GT4 but CAN be re-created. ;)

But enough hamming this thread up with my impending launch.

I'm still :lol:'ing at that pic Leo. I am more than a mechanic, I'm a GREASE MONKEY!! :P
 
I'm doing 2 or 3 more AWD's tonight for the judging. I hope they're as exciting as the 2 I tested last night, both got decent scores but I won't say who's leading yet. :P

oh yeah, I believe this would be a good moment to mention, that since the 3000GT was the flagsship of Mitsubishi, it actually had some goods that are not common knowledge.. :sly: Ever wondered why it is so agile for it's size and weight? Yup, it has 4WS, just like GT-R's.. and that is something that SHOULD give it edge over those anorectic heated up family saloons others brought up. :mischievous:

It's been a while since I drove my Evo, but I'm still confident in it, the only concern I could see may be that it'll go through tires easily, but then again WRC cars put them to full use, so it shouldn't be too off target

Also, Best motoring/Hot Version DVD's and shirts on X-mas ftw !:crazy:

why thank you. :) I have to admit, finding the right power-LSD-VCD balance was quite hard.., but still it drives great. 👍


BTW, is anyone going to judge RWD?? and could someone please judge FWD again?? :D
 
Sorry I've been slow about the FF-Klasse. I've gotten a PS3 and had much fun with it. However, I set up the cars a week ago, and will drive them shortly. I've even thoroughly forgotten who made which car!
