I'm having some this year but my pancake batter is the powder stuff you just add water to lol. I always have them sweet with sugar, lemon and golden syrup.

Anyone got any top tips for some good British pancakes? Something besides eggs, flour, milk (yes I know that's what they literally are...).
I was planning to make it tonight ready for tomorrow eveningYes. I am the world's best pancake maker and there is one rule:
Don't put any batter in (a cupful each time) until the pan is so hot it's melting the metal.
Everything else is academic. You can make batter early and chill it if you want - nicely homogenised batter is better, so put some effort into it. I like to leave the pancake alone for 30 seconds before I try to loosen it from the pan (use a non-straight spatula to score round the edge, and then some wrist action to get it moving) and I don't flip it until the heat has solidified the top of it.
We done yorkshire puddings last month!
I like my pancakes like how I like women.
I like my pancakes like how I like women. Getting tossed and smothering them in honey.
Flat, round and with skin resembling the surface of the Moon.
Hot, sweet and thick with extra foamy batter in case things go wrong?
I like mine limp and wrapped in plastic...
